This is a real steal! 🤗
So, do you see how big the packaging is? There’s double the amount in this compared to most face creams (100 vs 50ml) and the price is still low. Bravo! 👏🏻 It’s a tube with a snap cap, and even though it feels fancier with a heavy glass jar, one wonders what is really worth more for the environment, shipping, and price... and honestly, it’s nice to avoid spatulas or worry about getting bacteria in the jar. I also think The Ordinary has managed to make the tube as pretty as it can be! This is a rich moisturizer. For me, it’s perfect to start using now in the fall/winter when the skin wants to be properly nourished. In the summer or warmer climates, it would feel a bit heavy. It has no scent, is white, and relatively economical. It doesn’t say whether it’s a day or night cream, so I interpret it as an “allround,” which suits me perfectly! Since it provides so much moisture, I’d rather add something extra in the evening, and this one. Yaa.., nah... Not moisturizing enough for me
I really like several products from The Ordinary, but this one doesn't quite work for me. I'm a real dry skin person and need more moisture than this provides. My husband, who isn't nearly as dry, loves it though. So it IS good. Fragrance-free, which is a plus if you're sensitive to scents, and the perfect size to take on trips. Long-lasting moisture!
I've been testing #theordinary's moisturizer for a while and it gives great results! I have a combination skin type with an oily T-zone, so for me it's important to find a moisturizer that absorbs well without creating more oil, and this one really does✨ It's economical to use, so a small amount is enough to cover the face. The moisturizer is fragrance-free and has no particular scent💕I have some dry areas and I feel this protects them well while keeping moisture throughout the day! I can especially recommend this to those who also have combination skin. I love this cream. I have dry skin, so I would say it needs to be a bit more moisturizing if I were to use it as a night cream, but in the morning before makeup, it works wonders! Unfortunately, quite a small packaging, but considering how good I think this is, it is definitely worth it. Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA
I suddenly started struggling with blemished skin and reacted to many of the face creams I tried (including Cerave's day cream even though it's for sensitive skin, I think it's the silicone that I reacted to since I've started reacting to all cosmetics with silicone now 😵💫), except for La Roche-Posay's creams but I thought they were too expensive in the long run 🫣😅💸 But then I came across this one and I haven't reacted to it! 😍 I've been using it for many months now and I'm on my second tube 🙌 I think it provides a lot of moisture without being greasy and it absorbs quickly into the skin. I use it both in winter and summer, and as a day and night cream. I also really like that there's so much product for such a good price!
