Awesome cult product ✨
I've been wanting to try this talked-about cult product for a long time, but I haven't gotten around to it. Until I received it as a Christmas gift this past Christmas. Since then, I've almost used up my tube, and now I can also join the praise choir! It's absolutely fantastic, especially for a dry skin person like me. Even though the cream feels greasy, it still sinks in quickly to the skin. I've mostly used it before my foundation, even though I've already done my usual skincare routine. This has made my foundation sit better, and all the dry areas are not as prominent at all. Besides being dry, my skin is also sensitive, but it hasn't reacted at all to the cream. Strongly perfumed
Got a sample of this with a beauty shipment, so I tested it on my face today. Surprised by how perfumed this was, I had the impression that the series was fragrance-free, a bit pharmacy-like. The cream is a bit thick and greasy in texture and the skin felt sticky after application. Clogged Pores
I wanted to love it, but unfortunately it felt way too oily/fatty and completely clogged my pores! A big disappointment.. And I usually can use richer creams without getting clogged pores so easily. I got blackheads all over my face and several pimples that popped up after a few days of use, sadly. I also tried using it under makeup, and the makeup did not sit nicely at all, it became patchy and oily, and my base applied unevenly and emphasized the texture more than evening it out, no primer effect at all. I also tried using it as a night cream, which gives okay moisture, but unfortunately nothing I will continue to use. The scent is not pleasant at all - a rather strong scent that, in my opinion, resembles Idomin ointment a lot. No, I do not understand the hype around this, there are so many better creams. I am a bit shocked by the high rating/positive reviews, but maybe it was just that it didn't suit me/my skin.212 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. Really good cream in impractical packaging
Lovely cream that you feel the effect of immediately on dry, sensitive skin. Not too thin, not too thick consistency that quickly absorbs into the skin. Quite strong, a bit old-fashioned scent that I like (but that might vary). Perfect for traveling as it also works to remove makeup, at least eye makeup. (Maybe not several layers of heavy makeup.) Metal tube is impractical when you have it in your handbag. When it starts to get flat, it bends and cracks at the edge so it starts to leak. Extra unwise since it’s perfect for travel.
