Does its job!
I think it holds well and is easy to work with, I like the blending side so you can use it more shadowy. I've been looking for a good eyeliner for tightlining for so long, and this is the first pencil that doesn't smudge but stays in place. It's very dry, which is good in this case! I've tried several more expensive brands, but this is the first one that works for that, so good and affordable! Too bad for its price
If it had been cheaper, the rating would have been higher, but it is too bad for its price. For example, it might react with the makeup underneath, or if you clean with an oil-based remover, there could be oily residues left, which makes the eyeliner not stick as well next time. Maybe micellar water or an oil-free remover can help. Oily eyelids can break down the eyeliner, even if it’s waterproof, and a tip could be to apply an eye primer or some translucent powder on the eyelid before application to mattify the area and create a better base ❤ I hope you find it useful until it runs out, and otherwise that you have another one that works better for you ✨2 likes

It unfortunately doesn't stick to the waterline.
