Eyeliner

Use an eyeliner to get intense, framed eyes or to get your 50s look. A kohl pencil is a little softer, easy to blend out and great when you want a smokey eye. A white eyeliner is nice on the waterline (the inside of the lower/upper lash line) to open the eye and give a clearer look.
