It works very well for both. The oil is relatively economical to use and does not leave the skin sticky. It is also fragrance-free, which is of course a plus. I have also tried it on myself, and I liked it! 🤍 The soap is gentle on child skin and is also fragrance-free. It cleans well without leaving the skin feeling stripped of moisture afterward.
