Mineral Build-Up
Hey, I have mineral build-up in my hair which has caused water not to penetrate the hair and not rinse out conditioner and shampoo properly. Because of this, I have to brush out the remaining product from my hair when it's wet, which has damaged my hair and caused many split ends and frizz. Would this work to remove just long-lasting mineral and iron build-up, or are other products better? I had also looked into Joico K-Pak clarifying shampoo. Is it better than K18, or should I start getting K18 for my thick hair? How often should this also be used? I've heard a bit of different things, some say once a month, but I've also heard every other week.1 product in post Mineral Build-Up285 views- The user's roll: Hairdresser at Lyko. The comment was made 1 weekHey Tuva! 👋🏼😊 This deep cleansing shampoo is great for removing mineral and product buildup that prevents the hair from being rinsed out properly. It is milder than many other deep cleansing shampoos, making it gentle and caring for your delicate hair 🥰 For you and your hair, it’s best to use this shampoo once a week or as needed. This way, your hair will be clean, fresh, and ready for your caring products 🙌🏼 Have a great day ahead ☃️

Mineral buildup
Hi, I have mineral buildup in my hair that has built up over a very long time. This means that water doesn't penetrate the hair, so conditioner and shampoo don't rinse out completely. Because of this, I've had to brush out the remaining products when it's wet, which has led to my hair being damaged and I've gotten many split ends. Would this shampoo be good for my thick hair to remove iron and mineral buildups, and how often should I use it? I've heard that you should use such a product once a month.1 product in post Mineral buildup64 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 weekHey Tuva 👋 Oh, I understand! It can be tricky to get rid of mineral build-up in the hair, but a clarifying shampoo like this one from Joico is a great choice! How often you need to use the shampoo depends on how many minerals are in your water, but it sounds like you should use a clarifying shampoo at least once a week or a few times a month 🤍 The hair may feel a bit rough and dry after using a clarifying shampoo, so feel free to use a really moisturizing mask afterwards to give the hair a little extra moisture 👇 lyko.com/sv/joico/joico-moisture-recovery-treatment-balm-250-ml If you have a lot of minerals in your hair, it may need a deep cleaning to get rid of all the residues, so I want to recommend this home remedy from Malibu C 👇 lyko.com/sv/malibu-c/malibu-c-hard-water-sachet-5g Take care! ✨1 likes

Mineral Build-Up
Hi, I have mineral build-up in my hair which causes water not to penetrate the hair and rinse out conditioner and shampoo properly. Because of this, I have had to brush out the remaining product from wet hair which has damaged my hair. 1. I wonder if this shampoo works well to remove iron and mineral build-up that has accumulated over a very long time. 2. How often should this be used, I’ve heard a bit of different things, some say every other week, others say once a month. I have quite thick hair. 3. Is there another product you recommend instead of this one if this isn’t suitable.1 product in post Mineral Build-Up21 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 weekHey there Tuva! 👋 Oh, I understand! Of course, I will help you 🫧 1. Yes, it effectively removes minerals and iron from the hair. Perfect for buildup from hard water or long-term product use 👌 However, it can be drying to the hair, so feel free to combine it with a conditioner or a nourishing mask! 2. For heavy buildup: every 1-2 weeks until the hair feels clean. Regular maintenance: 1 time/month is often enough 🤗 3. This one you looked at is great, but if it feels too strong, I can also recommend this one 👇 🩷lyko.com/sv/malibu-c/malibu-c-un-do-gooshampoo-266ml A tip is to do our free hair test in the LYKO app. Our trained hairdressers and hair experts give you personal feedback on how to proceed and which products suit your hair best! 😊 You can go directly to the test via the link: lyko.com/sv/beauty-scan2 🩷 Hope you find something that suits you!

What skin type?
Hi, I wonder if this primer works and is good for dry acne skin, or if the other new blue one is better.1 product in post What skin type?540 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 9 monthsHey Tuva 👋 This primer hydrates the skin and contains 2% niacinamide, which is known for soothing the skin and contributing to a more even skin tone. It is free from alcohol, fragrance, and essential oils, making it suitable for sensitive or acne-prone skin. The formula is lightweight and non-comedogenic, and can help the skin feel hydrated and a bit more plump throughout the day 👍😍 If you have dry and acne-prone skin, this primer might be a good choice, as it hydrates without clogging the pores. Take care!
