✨ I have, as #lykoinflutester, had the chance to try the Hair & Body Fragrance Mist from #nyx Professional Makeup in the scent Caramelt Mami! ✨ If you like sweet, warm scents, this is definitely one to check out. Caramel Mami smells like a soft mix of caramel, pistachio, and creamy gourmand notes. Very cozy and perfect for fall/winter. I find the mist feels light and nice upon application. The spray distributes evenly and doesn’t feel wet or heavy, neither in the hair nor on the body. This makes it easy to use for a quick refresh during the day. At first spray, I initially thought the scent was plastic-like and not pleasant at all, but after a while on the skin, the scent develops softly and warmly and becomes really nice! The longevity on the skin is great, and I find it lasts even longer in the hair. It doesn’t have the same intensity as a perfume, but that’s also the charm! It feels more relaxed and easy to wear. This is a typical “you want to spray more” product, precisely because it’s so pleasant and easy to wear. It also works well layered with body butter and body oil for a longer-lasting scent. In summary, this is a lovely hair & body mist with a sweet and warm gourmand scent that feels both playful and cozy. Perfect for those who like caramel vibes without it being too heavy. Perfect for parties!
✨ As a #lykoinflutester, I got to try Fat Oil Body Oil from #nyx Professional Makeup in the scent Caramelt Mami! ✨ The first thing that stands out with this is the glow, and we’re really talking glow here! The oil gives the skin a lot of radiance and contains quite a bit of shimmer that is clearly visible on the skin. The oil is also tinted, with a warm terracotta brown color, which actually shows on the skin. So if you have lighter skin, you can expect a little "tan" effect! (A very light and cool skin tone probably wouldn’t appreciate it) The scent is the same lovely Caramelt Mami as in the rest of the series: warm, sweet, and gourmand with clear caramel notes and a creamy feel that makes it really cozy to use. I find the oil neither too thick nor too light in consistency, but it spreads nicely on the skin without feeling too heavy or sticky. The skin feels soft and looks moisturized right after application. But if you don’t like "oily" body oils, beware! What’s worth mentioning, though, is that the shimmer is much more intense than I expected, especially in the sun where it sparkles a lot. For me, that makes it feel less like an everyday product and more like something you use when you want to stand out a bit! I therefore think it’s better suited for parties, nights out, vacations, or summer events when you want that extra glowy and almost glamorous look on arms, legs, or décolleté. If you’re wearing light clothes, I’d also let the product set a bit before dressing. I made the mistake of wearing a white top while applying, and the oil transferred a little. It was easy to remove right away, but I later noticed it stopped transferring to clothes after it had set for a while. In summary, this is a body oil that gives a lot of glow, clear shimmer, and a lovely gourmand scent. Beautiful Glow!
✨ I have had the chance as #lykoinflutester to try Fat Oil Body Butter from #nyx Professional Makeup in the scent Caramelt Mami! ✨ The first thing I noticed was the scent, and wow, it’s really something for those who like sweet gourmand fragrances. Caramel Mami smells warm and creamy with caramel and pistachio, with a soft sweetness that feels luxurious without being too sharp. I find the formula rich and creamy, yet airy on the skin. Even though it’s a body butter, it doesn’t feel heavy or sticky, which I really appreciate. It melts in nicely and leaves the skin soft, moisturized, and with a subtle glow. I think it does a really good job on drier areas like elbows, legs, and knees, where the skin often needs a little extra love. On my skin, it feels nourishing without leaving a greasy residue. What I like most is the balance between glow and hydration. The skin looks immediately fresher and more vibrant, but in a nice and even way. In summary, this is a moisturizing body butter that feels luxurious on the skin and gives a beautiful glow. Perfect for you who like soft, nicely scented skin with a little extra radiance. Natural Glow!
✨ I have as #lykoinflutester tested the Futurist Blushmaker from #esteelauder in the shade Across The Dancefloor! ✨ The first thing I reacted to was actually the color. Based on the pictures, I had expected a more muted, slightly subdued mauve, but in reality, it is significantly more vibrant and almost leaning towards coral for me. It is absolutely a nice color, but not quite what I had imagined. The formula, however, is very nice. It feels silky and easy to work with, and it is pigmented without being hard to control. It’s easy to build up the intensity in layers without it getting patchy. The finish is radiant and gives an even, soft glow without visible glitter. It looks more like a healthy glow. It melts nicely into the base and gives a fresh impression right away. On my skin, it sits well throughout the day and retains both color and glow without getting patchy. The packaging is also very special and feels a bit more luxurious. However, I don’t quite understand the point of the metal tip. In summary, this is a very nice blush with lovely glow and good longevity, but keep in mind that the shade may appear more coral and intense than what the product images suggest, especially if you expect a more subdued tone. 🌸✨1 product in post Natural Glow! - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Cakey unfortunately!
✨ I have as #lykoinflutester tested the Double Wear Stay-In-Place Makeup from #esteelauder in the shade 2N2 Buff! ✨ I have used the older version before, so I was very curious to try this one, but the experience was actually a bit different than I had expected. For starters, I find that the shade is both yellower and much darker than I anticipated. This is probably my fault as I didn’t see pictures of the shade beforehand and went by the description “light-medium.” On my skin, which leans more neutral/light warm, it didn’t quite balance out in undertone as I had hoped, which is good to keep in mind if you are sensitive to yellow tones and pale. It will surely be a much better match in the spring when I get darker and warmer in my skin. The consistency is still relatively thin and pigmented, but unlike the older version, I feel that this one is a bit more cakey and a little harder to blend out evenly. I need to work faster and more carefully to avoid it setting before I’ve had time to work it in properly, and it can easily become patchy. The coverage is high and it definitely evens out the skin tone effectively, but I find that it really emphasizes texture, especially on the drier areas of my combination skin. The finish is matte and very “long-wear,” but I don’t experience the same smooth, almost skin-like feel that I remember from the previous version. The wear is still good and it stays in place throughout the day, but the overall impression was unfortunately not quite as impressive as I had hoped. In summary, this is a foundation with high coverage and good wear, but keep in mind that the shade may appear yellower/darker than expected and that the formula may require a bit more work during application. Coverage but natural finish
✨ I have as #lykoinflutester tested the Double Wear Stay-In-Place Concealer from #esteelauder in the shade 2N! ✨ I found the shade to be a bit darker and yellower than I expected, as I didn't see any pictures when I chose the color, but it will surely match great for spring. I am neutral to slightly warm when I am pale, It still blends nicely into my skin tone and works well both under the eyes and on imperfections. The formula is on the thicker and drier side, but not as dry as the foundation in the same series. It feels pigmented and compact, and it is really very economical. Small dabs are enough for a medium-high coverage! I think it is impressively covering without looking heavy or cakey on the skin. It blends out very seamlessly and melts into the base without leaving sharp edges. The result is even and smooth without it being obvious that you have concealer on. The wear is also really good and stays where it should throughout the day without losing coverage. I only have a little loose powder over where my concealer usually creases. In summary, this is a covering and long-lasting concealer that lasts a long time and gives a natural result despite its higher coverage. Really extends the makeup!
💋I have as #lykoinflutester tested the Plump Right Back Primer + Serum from #nyxprofessionalmakeup!💋 I experience it more as a moisturizing skincare product than a classic primer. The consistency is gel-like, cool, and completely without a silicone feel. It is easy to apply and sinks quickly into the skin without leaving any film. The primer provides a lot of moisture and a nice glow, and the skin feels soft and hydrated after application. It is fragrance-free, which is a big plus for me. My skin is combination and dry in the T-zone with larger pores and some fine lines. Unfortunately, I did not experience any clear plump effect on my fine lines, even though the product is marketed as plumping. However, the skin generally looked more even and hydrated, and the base laid nicely on top. I also feel that the area under the eyes looked somewhat softer when I used powder on top of this primer. The primer has worked well with both silicone-based foundation and other cream products, and I have not had any issues with the makeup separating or coming off. My skin can easily get oily in the T-zone, but this really keeps the oil in check! I feel matte significantly longer than with other primers I have tried. So check on durability! The makeup looks almost untouched despite a whole workday and without touch-ups. In summary, this is a nice primer for you if you don't like the feeling of makeup or silicone on your skin and want a lot of moisture and glow. For me personally, it doesn't quite live up to its plump promise, but if you have oily skin, it is definitely worth a try if you also have issues with your makeup not holding or separating. Long lashes and easy to remove!
👁️I have as #lykoinflutester tested this mascara from #maybelline! 👁️ Sky High is a mascara that I really think delivers, especially if you're looking for length and separation rather than extreme volume. The brush is slim and very flexible, which makes application easy and allows you to reach even the shortest lashes. Already with the first layer, I get noticeably longer lashes, and the result looks very even and separated. It's easy to build up with more layers without the lashes clumping or feeling heavy, which I appreciate. The lashes maintain their shape and still look defined even after several layers. The mascara doesn't give that really dramatic volume, but the lashes look long, well-combed, and pretty, which makes it very suitable for everyday use or if you have short/stubby lashes. The durability is very good. It stays nice throughout the day without flaking significantly and without leaving marks under the eyes, despite my watery eyes and oily eyelids. The lashes don't feel stiff, but remain soft and light even after many hours. It's also extremely easy to wash off with warm water and a mild cleanser! The mascara contains no strong perfume, which has been great for me with sensitive eyes. And as mentioned earlier, the lashes are very soft and flexible even after the mascara has dried, so I never feel discomfort. A very reliable mascara that does what it’s supposed to do, and one of the best lengthening mascaras I’ve tested in this price range. Moisturizing AND Deep Cleansing
🍾I have had the honor of trying this shampoo from #lykoinflutester as #k18!🍾 A super lovely shampoo that is really economical, you don't need much to get really clean and healthy hair. I noticed right from the first time that my hair became much lighter and softer, and that product residues were lifted away. Clarifying shampoos can sometimes dry out my scalp if I use them too often, but I haven't experienced that at all with this one! I double shampoo as usual and am just as shocked every time at how well it lathers and how little shampoo you need. The shampoo has a slightly spooky dark color and doesn't smell particularly strong, but leaves the hair soft and moisturized, and really prepares the hair for a really good hair mask, glossing, or K18 mask! It feels like treatments applied after using this shampoo are better utilized by the hair. I can even brush my hair gently without conditioner, and the hair is easy to detangle, and after styling, the hair is filled with shine. Nice mist
💦 I have as #lykoinflutester tried this setting spray from #fentybeauty! 💦 I have mixed feelings about this spray. What is good is that I really like the very fine mist, that it is fragrance-free, and I think my makeup holds a bit better with it. What I thought was less good is that I didn't really experience the makeup ”melting together” like with other wet setting sprays I've tried. When I spray it, my skin, as mentioned, becomes very wet but dries so that it almost feels ”dry,” even though you get glow in the moment. I don't feel like my setting powder, for example, melts in, but it still looks dry. On the other hand, I feel that my skin becomes less shiny throughout the day. In the video, I haven't used anything to refresh my base during the day, and it still looks nice despite a combination skin type! 💜 What I would have wished from this spray is that it melted my base together better, so that powder products ”disappear” into the cream products, and that the skin becomes more glowy in a natural and hydrated way, rather than the base looking more powdery.
