Surprisingly good
I'm a bit picky about makeup brushes. So it was nice to get to test Lyko's own series. Brushes cost 99 kr, which is a very reasonable price! This brush can be used for a lot. It has a nice size and fullness. I personally use it mostly for blush. But it can also be used for bronzer or setting powder under the eyes and much more. It is soft and picks up product well. It doesn't shed. Affordable and good!
Exciting to try makeup from Lyko's own brand. I like the packaging of the product. Just the right size and easy to see the color of the blush. I'm a sucker for pink blush. The color Sweet Talk is really pretty! It's well pigmented and gives such a nice glow🫶🏼 The powder is compact but soft. It doesn't fall off the brush. You don't need much for it to show, and it's easy to blend out. I've used this blush every day I've worn makeup since I got it. Exciting to try makeup from Lyko's own brand! The packaging is simple and nice. Easy to see the color and what it is. Big plus that it’s not too big or heavy. The bronzer has a nice warm color without turning orange. The powder sheds quite a bit when you dip the makeup brush in. That’s a bit annoying. But the bronzer is lightly pigmented and easy to blend out. Overall very satisfied! Moisture Boost
Have tested the serum (+ the toner in the same series) for a few weeks. And I feel that my skin has gotten a moisture boost and glow.✨ My skin is normal/combination and I am 32 years old (so mature skin). The serum is very light in texture. Absorbs well and quickly into the skin. Does not feel sticky. If you need a new serum, I would recommend trying this one. Love skincare! Have tried quite a bit from cosrx before and think it’s a good brand. Have been using this toner and serum from the same line for a few weeks now. My skin: Normal/combination. The T-zone can be oily or dry. 32 years old, so some lines. This toner is very light and nice. Absorbs relatively quickly into the skin. Smells fresh and not too much. Skin feels very hydrated. I’ve tried out these eye patches from cosrx. I’m a big fan of eye masks and have tried many different brands over the years. I really liked these! They sit well under the eyes. There isn’t too much serum on them. They have a nice shape that fits well to the eyes. I leave them on until they almost “dry” and the skin feels so comfortable afterwards. So light on the skin
I make sure to use SPF 50 on my face. On my body, I use 30 or less. So I have only tested this on my face. The stick is very small and cute, practical size. The texture is quite matte and not sticky. Feels light on the skin. Almost makes me wish you could feel it more🫣 because it’s so light and matte, it’s hard to tell how much you’ve applied. So for me, I miss a regular cream form. But I have been in the sun and it works well for protection. I work as a hairdresser and we have Maria Nila there. So I tested this perfume before I got it sent! But I won't say «no, thanks» to another one🫶🏼 Very light and nice spray. The scent is very sweet, but fresh! I love the smell of it. I feel so fresh when I spritz some in my hair with this. It can remind of a body mist in the strength of the scent. I work as a hairdresser and we have Maria Nila. So I have tested this Hair gloss spray both on myself and customers for several weeks. There’s a reason this spray has taken off. The hair becomes sooooo shiny and noticeably less frizz. But to get the effect of this spray, you have to use a blow dryer, so don’t air dry your hair. The scent of the spray is really good and the bottle is pretty to look at. + it’s heat protecting. I work as a hairdresser and we have Maria Nila. This bond Builder leave-in spray is quite new. But I have already tested it on myself and on several clients. First and foremost, I love the scent. So fresh! The spray is supposed to strengthen the bonds in the hair strands, preventing breakage. Kind of like olaplex, k18 ++ There is also heat protection in it. The hair becomes more manageable and soft, but at the same time light and doesn't get greasy quickly. I actually feel like I notice a difference in my hair after a few rounds with this.
