SUNSCREEN RECOMMENDED, OUR EBIT MARGIN KEEPS ON SHINING!
We maintained good momentum this quarter, with sales increasing by 6.8%, bringing net sales to SEK 939m. EBIT rose sharply by 89% to SEK 31.7m, corresponding to a solid margin of 3.4%. This quarter’s results were delivered against tough comparables from last year, making the continued growth particularly encouraging. Despite intense price competition and a strained consumer climate, our assessment is that we are gaining market share while maintaining healthy margin levels. This performance reflects our strong market positioning and the benefits of scale.

Our strong sales momentum continued this quarter. We observed solid sales growth, and as in previous quarter, we are seeing clear results from our long-term focus on operational excellence. EBIT rose by 75% to SEK 27.7m in the quarter, corresponding to a margin of 3.0%. With a well-invested organization in place, we’re seeing the impact of greater efficiency and scalability.

We are closing a strong quarter marked by continued positive momentum in both revenue growth, and more importantly, profitability. EBIT grew with 253% in the quarter and amounted to 77 MSEK, with an EBIT margin of 7.0%. Full-year EBIT totalled 117 MSEK, with a growth of 73% corresponding to an EBIT margin of 3.3%.

Lyko achieved record-breaking sales during Black Week, which pushed the warehouse automation system to operate at full capacity over the past weeks. All shipments have now been dispatched on time to reach customers before Christmas Eve. In some parts of Sweden, it is still possible to place online orders until Saturday. For those last-minute shoppers, most Lyko stores will remain open until 2 PM on Christmas Eve. The central warehouse in Vansbro has set a new delivery record this December, thanks to the new Lyko GLAM (Great Logistics Automation Master) system and a highly dedicated team.

In the third quarter, we demonstrated market share gains across the Nordics and maintained profitable growth, despite facing a challenging consumer spending environment. Our retail operations performed strongly throughout the quarter, while online sales picked up the pace in September. Overall, we report 8.2 percent growth in net sales, totalling 763 MSEK, while delivering EBIT of 8.3 MSEK for the quarter.

I am proud to present a 21,9 percent increase in sales, reaching an impressive total of 880 million SEK for the quarter, with an improved EBIT margin of 1,9 percent compared to the previous year, resulting in an EBIT of 16,8 million SEK.
