Oh my God, this is magical! I love that it can be built up and adjusted in strength. It really sits like a rock even after time has passed and I've had both food and drink. Speaking of dry lips, you can apply a good amount of some moisturizing cream after the lips have dried properly, it doesn't affect the color and makes them feel softer. Disappointing...
I saw this on TikTok and wanted to test it myself. I scrubbed my lips and applied Vaseline for about an hour before testing for the best possible result. I applied this in three quite uneven layers (took a long time to get it as even as possible, it was not easy to say the least) before I waited about a minute and wiped it off. The result was mildly disappointing. It settled in places I didn't know were dry, and it didn't look good at all... Luckily, it only lasted a few hours before it was completely gone. I have since used it as a lipliner, which it works very well as! Correct
The application is quite problematic: the product applies unevenly and tends to dry quickly. Because of this, you can't calmly add more or fix it – when trying to even it out, the layer that was already applied rubs off, leaving a bare spot. The durability is okay, but nothing spectacular. It lasts for a few hours, but after washing your face, there's no trace left, so it's more of an "out for the night" stain rather than an all-day wear. In summary: nice color and decent durability, but the application requires patience and practice. You get a better result with dyes that don't need to be wiped off. This is an incredibly irritating product because of the unnecessary step. User Error…
I would love this product because the color is beautiful and the concept is genius, but I just can't get it to look good on my lips… No matter how well prepped the lips are with exfoliation and moisture, and I layer the product on and on, it gets patchy every time… And since the product actually stays on the lips for a long time, I have to walk around with patchy color for the rest of the day 🙈1 product in post User Error…444 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. Very misleading color. Bad experience
Worked very nicely for lip lining, but when applying it to the whole lips, it was a bit uneven. I managed to use it twice until my lips became unbearably dry and burning, especially on the edges where I applied the product... Use:
Prep Your Lips: Start with clean, dry lips. If needed, gently exfoliate to remove dead skin for a smooth application.
Apply the Masque: Evenly apply a thick layer of the lip stain masque over your lips, making sure to cover the entire lip area without leaving any natural lip color exposed.
