Cooling pads turn off during treatment
Hi, question! I bought the mask and I am satisfied. However, I have noticed that the mask turns off the cooling pads during each treatment session, and after a moment they start again, but not simultaneously. This happens whether the device's battery is full or low, and during every treatment session since I started using the device.
