Perfect for beginners and pros!
The eyeliner is thin and pointed, making it easy to work with. The color applies evenly and doesn't dry out like some other eyeliners do very quickly. Since the color applies evenly and the tip is thin, it works for both beginners and pros. I can get oily around my eyes and have hooded eyes. That's why I'm always afraid that the eyeliner will smudge on my eyelids during the day. This has to be one of the best eyeliners I have tested in my time. It has the most perfect brush, it’s slim and easy. You can get a thin line and work your way up if you want it a bit thicker.
