    Pretty okay

    Nice and doesn't clump

    Separates the lashes nicely and doesn't clump them together. Provides volume and length. However, it can flake a bit if you've had the mascara on all day.

    Hard to work with and smudges throughout the day.

    I've used it a couple of times but find it hard to apply with the brush. It tends to clump. You can get really nice lashes with a bit of work, but unfortunately, it smudges quite a bit after a while, and you end up with black under and over your eyes. Especially if you get a little warm. Strange that it can smudge so much since it's really hard to wash off. I don't know if it might be waterproof, haven't checked.. doesn't matter anyway because it's going in the trash. I don't want to look like a raccoon at work. After a few days of use, I've gone back to Max Factor instead. It's significantly better than this.

    Bad formula

    Unfortunately.. only good the first few times you use the mascara, then the contents dry out quickly.

    Difficult to apply without it getting clumpy. I also think it crumbles a lot. Unfortunately, I won't be buying it again.

    I received this product without plastic wrap or sticker, so I could just open it. Probably already used. The same goes for the grande lash. There's hardly any product in it. I will file complaints about this, and you will lose me as a customer.
