Totally okay!
I tried this because it was so cheap, and I was positively surprised! I chose the gray, and it feels just dark enough as eyeliner on days when I want a little more toned-down makeup but still see SOME difference. It's easy to work with, which is very appreciated. Cheap - the price really matches its quality. It is REALLY bad...! Maybe even the worst kajal I have ever tried? Hard, dry, and terrible pigment that doesn't stick to the skin.
