    Disappointment

    Terribly dry, and doesn't stick at all to the waterline. Tried to soften it by first drawing on the back of my hand, but it made no difference.

      Hey Jesca! 🌸 It might be that this one has a firmer, more waxy base to provide longer wear – but that can make it difficult for it to adhere to damp surfaces like the waterline if it’s not warmed up. It does seem like you’ve tested it by drawing first on the back of your hand 🧡 If you suspect there’s something defective about it since it’s as dry as you describe, you can register a complaint via My Pages - Order History - Report a complaint, and we can help you look further from there and get back to you via email 📧 Have a really great day 🍓
