Dry!
This one took over after one of my favorites. I thought it would be the same fantastic mascara in a new ugly packaging. Volume? Completely nonexistent! Build up? Like building sandcastles with dry sand! I really loaded the brush full of product and used all the tricks I've learned over the years but no. Not for me
My lashes bend down, and I have oily skin around my eyes. I usually curl my lashes before applying mascara. This one didn't hold my lashes up and smudged/flaked a bit throughout the day. Easy to work with but smudges
