Love it!
This Balm must be the most luxurious cleansing balm I’ve ever tried. The balm has a soft buttery texture that turns in to oil when it’s rubbed in to skin and has a spa like scent with a strong note of eukalyptus. It actually feels more like a face massage oil. So relaxing and comforting. It dissolves all kind of makeup easily and washes off easily. Doesn't work for me
This doesn't work for me. It doesn't remove my makeup, especially not waterproof mascara, it leaves a film on the skin that won't come off unless I use a cloth. Pretty okay

Not for everyone
I have tried many balms and after the hype there is around this one, I was expecting something better. The smell is herbal and very strong… the formula is quite thick compare to other balms. How to Use:
Step 1: Warm an almond-sized amount between palms and cup hands in front of face to inhale the aromatic.
Step 2: Massage over face, neck and décolletage with light circular massage movements, loosening the balm into an oil.
Step 3: Moisten fingertips with water and continue to massage as the oil emulsifies into a milk.
Step 4: Rinse off with water or remove with a cleansing cloth.
Pro Tip: Apply a thin layer to cleansed skin and leave on for 10-15 minutes as a nourishing facial mask and then remove.
