    Positively surprised, contains 3% niacinamide, is waterproof AND vegan. Also feels like it’s not as watery on the skin as I can sometimes experience with luminizers! For a “no makeup look” mix with your favorite moisturizer, I also tried applying a little on the lips and layered my lip combo on top and woow! Love love love!
