I have had cracked heels for a long time, and I have filed and filed but was never satisfied with the result!! I have also had problems with the skin breaking on my toes and discomfort when I walk. The consistency is thick and rich, which makes the feet very sticky. So I apply it to my feet every night in bed. When I wake up the next day, my feet are so soft. After just a few uses, I have gotten rid of all my cracks, and my feet are so smooth, and the skin does not break.
