My FAVORITE serum
My skin is: - oily, - I have enlarged pores and blackheads, - cosmetics do not cause acne for me, I do not have a tendency to allergic reactions, - discoloration from acne from my teenage years, - hormonal breakouts around the jawline, And now about the product: From the ingredients, one can assume that the serum will moisturize, soothe, and brighten. It works great for me under makeup instead of a moisturizer. My skin has taken on a more even tone, but I haven't noticed significant effects in terms of brightening discolorations. Nevertheless, of all 4 serums from Beauty of Joseon, this is my favorite, which I will return to in the future. Additionally, it is incredibly efficient: 4-5 drops cover my entire face. In my opinion, it is a bit too light for evening skincare, but that absolutely does not take away from the product - I think that a larger amount applied to the skin would solve the problem. In summary: as you can see in the video - I have used almost the entire bottle. The serum lasted me a very long time with almost daily use, and I will definitely buy it again. #daysoflove1 product in post My FAVORITE serum66 views - The post was made 17 hoursRating: 5 out of 5
Great serum with vitamin C
The brand Lumene has many great cosmetics, and in my opinion, it is very little known in the US cosmetics market. I mainly use this serum at night. I have oily skin, and unfortunately, this product does not work for me during the day under makeup - it causes me to shine faster. Maybe it would work for someone with combination skin leaning towards dry. The serum does not cause me allergies, does not irritate (despite the fragrance ingredients), does not cause burning, redness, or breakouts. It has, in my opinion, a very nice scent - I can sense freshness and citrus. It has a watery consistency that is easy to spread on the skin, making the product VERY economical. After a few weeks of regular use, I can see how radiant, hydrated, and smooth my facial skin is. However, I have not noticed any lightening of pigmentation - perhaps the type of pigmentation I have can only be reduced with aesthetic treatments, as cosmetics usually have low concentrations of active substances. Nevertheless, I recommend trying this product; I believe the price matches the quality and results. #daysoflove1 product in post Great serum with vitamin C43 views - The post was made 1 dayRating: 5 out of 5
I liked it!
I have a combination skin type that tends to be oily, and this serum I decided to use daily under makeup because it is a lightweight and moisturizing product that does not cause excessive oil production. It contains no oils in the ingredient list, it works soothingly and balancing. I also use it in my evening skincare, but then I apply a thicker layer on the skin - my nighttime skincare is richer and multi-step. Huge plus for the manufacturer for the ingredients - as much as 98% natural ingredients, and the serum is vegan! The serum has a very pleasant scent for me, but it may irritate sensitive skin and allergy sufferers. The only downside I see is the opaque bottle - to be able to observe the usage of the liquid. The price is rather adequate for the volume, ingredients, and efficiency - without a doubt, the efficiency is one of the biggest advantages of this serum! #lykoreview #daysoflove1 product in post I liked it!116 views - The post was made 2 weeksRating: 5 out of 5
Very nice lipstick
I bought this lipstick inspired by comparisons to the shade Black Honey from Clinique Almost Lipstick. I tried the original lipstick and I must admit that this one from Maybelline is a great, much cheaper alternative (although the shade Açaí Glaze is more cherry-colored). First of all, it moisturizes! It has a pleasant scent and convenient packaging. Due to its light consistency, it spreads easily on the lips. It doesn't stick. You can build up a stronger coverage. The longevity is typical for glosses - it wears off when eating and drinking, but evenly, without streaks. It is also very economical - you only need a small amount to cover the lips. I haven't noticed any drying or irritation, on the contrary - after longer use, the lips seem smoother. The price in relation to the quality is fair in my opinion. I would love to test other colors of this lipstick! #lykoreview1 product in post Very nice lipstick242 views - The post was made 1 monthRating: 2 out of 5
I won't buy again...
The only thing you can't deny about this product is the appearance, and the manufacturer - the idea. Body wash foam in the form of "whipped cream" - I must admit, very original! However, it is more of a nice decoration for the bathroom than a product that fulfills its function. The foam, I must admit, smells very nice, but it doesn't stay on the skin after the shower. That's not something that bothers me - most foams or gels for the shower don't do that. What bothers me the most is the consistency of this foam, which seems to "not stick" to the skin, you can't lather it more. The foam "dissolves slowly" when trying to massage the body, it's definitely not a product worth using in combination with a sponge, because in it the foam just gets lost. The final impression is a feeling of unwashed skin. I also don't see any hydration or any other effects. Additionally, the high price! This product is not worth that much, in my opinion. I had better experiences with Idy Warg's foam, so if someone is looking for a similar product, I definitely recommend Warg's foams. #lykoreview1 product in post I won't buy again...319 views - The post was made 2 monthsRating: 5 out of 5verified customer
Fantastic!
The Redken brand was not known to me until now, but after looking into it, I noticed that it belongs to the professional category and cannot be bought in regular drugstores. My hair: - uncolored, - trimmed two months ago, - medium porosity, - with a tendency to frizz. Key ingredients and their effects: - Argan oil, which deeply moisturizes, smooths, and adds shine, - Avocado and olive oil extract, which regenerate, protect against dryness and brittleness, - Hydrolyzed soy and vegetable proteins, which strengthen the hair structure and prevent weakening, - Sodium PCA, a strongly moisturizing ingredient that retains water in the hair. The conditioner works great, it is very economical, as only a small amount is needed to work. Already during rinsing, you can feel how nicely it wraps the hair, it rinses out easily and does not cause tangling. The hair is weighed down, shiny, "glossy" and stronger. The only downside is that the scent could be more fruity or floral, but it is intensely herbal. After washing, the hair was nicely weighed down, naturally curlier, and I had the impression that it gained volume. Who will it be ideal for? For people with colored hair – it prevents dryness and protects the color. For those who struggle with dryness and brittleness of the hair. For owners of frizzy hair that is hard to tame. Verdict: If you are looking for a conditioner that intensely cares for and rebuilds hair, it is definitely worth trying! I think even better results can be seen in people with damaged or colored hair. The only downside is the high price. #lykoreview1 product in post Fantastic!518 views - The post was made 2 monthsRating: 4 out of 5verified customer
Great hydration, but no spectacular effects
When it comes to the pros, it’s definitely the hydration. The skin around the eyes after using the cream is really well-hydrated, firm, and smooth. You can feel that it’s nourished, which is crucial for me because the eye area dries out quickly, and the skin is thin. The cream has a rather thick, greasy consistency, which makes it economical – you really only need a small amount to cover the entire eye area. For me, that’s a plus because it lasts a very long time. After a few weeks of use, dark circles are still visible, and the puffiness hasn’t disappeared - but let’s be honest, there’s no cream that can do it all. The cream hydrates excellently, but if you’re counting on improving the appearance of the skin, this probably won’t be the product that makes a spectacular difference. And it’s worth mentioning that its rather greasy consistency means the cream doesn’t work well with makeup. It can cause concealer to roll, so I wouldn’t recommend it for daytime use. Pros: - very good ingredients, - excellent hydration for the skin around the eyes, - very economical due to the thick consistency, - nourishes the skin and makes it smooth, Cons: - does not reduce dark circles or puffiness, - applying with a finger from the jar is not very hygienic, - greasy formula that doesn’t work well with makeup (can cause concealer to roll), - high price, Verdict: I definitely recommend this cream as an effective solution for those looking for intense hydration and nourishment for the eye area. It’s worth trying if you have the budget, but cheaper alternatives can be found. Still, it’s one of the best hydrating eye creams available on the market. #lykoreview1 product in post Great hydration, but no spectacular effects1038 views - The post was made 2 monthsRating: 4 out of 5verified customer
Good for Testing
Beauty of Joseon has released a set of miniatures of their viral face serums, allowing you to test them all and choose your favorite. The idea of the discovery kit is primarily aimed at those who love to test cosmetics - I undoubtedly belong to that group! My skin is: - oily, - I have enlarged pores and blackheads, - cosmetics do not cause acne for me, I do not have a tendency to allergic reactions, - discolorations from acne in my teenage years, 🤍 Rice + Alpha-Arbutin From the ingredients, one can assume that the serum will moisturize, soothe, and brighten. It works great for me under makeup instead of moisturizer. My skin has taken on a more even tone, but I haven't noticed significant effects in terms of brightening discolorations. Nevertheless, out of all 4 serums, this is my favorite that I will return to in the future. Additionally, it is incredibly efficient: 4-5 drops cover my entire face. 🤍 Propolis + Niacinamide It has a slightly gel-like consistency that does not fully absorb and is a bit sticky. It does not work for me during the day under makeup, so I use it at night. Its purpose is to brighten the skin, soothe inflammation, and add glow. It is an ideal serum for someone who wants to try introducing niacinamide into their skincare due to its low concentration in this serum. 🤍 Green Tea + Panthenol For this serum, I do not see significant effects other than temporary soothing of the skin. It does not work for me under makeup, but rather during evening skincare. Perhaps someone with a tendency to irritation and allergic reactions would find more benefits from this serum. 🤍 Ginseng + Snail Mucin The unusual combination of ginseng and snail mucin beautifully soothes the skin, hydrates, and has a regenerating effect. The effect is decent, I can feel the hydration, but beyond that, I have not noticed any other effects. Verdict: It is worth buying the set and choosing the product that works best for you instead of immediately buying a large quantity of serum that we do not know will work for us. I found my favorite in this set, which will definitely stay with me for a longer time. #lykoreview1 product in post Good for Testing290 views - The post was made 2 monthsRating: 4 out of 5verified customer
Holds almost like hairspray
L'Oreal Paris Infaillible, 3-Second Setting Mist is a product I bought based on recommendations on social media. It really brings the whole makeup together. For me, the makeup holds up really well, even on a truly long and intense day. The skin after using it is neither too matte nor too shiny (in my case - at least for the first few hours), the effect after application is almost invisible. The product doesn't stick and doesn't leave spots. I must admit that this mist is very convenient - the packaging is handy, looks a bit like a small, sleek hairspray. It has 75 ml, so it's not too big, perfect for airplane travel. Cons: - I have oily skin in the T-zone and unfortunately after about 3 hours it started to shine, but the makeup stayed in place until removal, - after using the spray, you might feel tightness in the skin, but this effect disappears after a short time, - when applying, you MUST protect your hair - the setting spray acts on it like strong hairspray, - I understand the comments from other girls comparing it to hairspray, because the formula, and even the scent, are similar, - if there are girls here with facial hair, well, this spray unfortunately emphasizes them, - when after a few hours I wanted to use blotting papers and pressed one against my cheek, it created a "cake", the paper collected not only sebum but also part of the makeup along with the layer of setting mist, - due to the above, I do not recommend touching/rubbing the face while wearing the spray - in the areas that were rubbed, a "cake" forms, - high price, so it's worth waiting for promotions, Verdict: Despite a few downsides, I like this product because it fulfills its role, it's not perfect, but I definitely recommend testing it - its durability depends on many factors: from the application method, through the cosmetics used for makeup, to the skin type. Unfortunately, it's usually hard to fully satisfy oily skin! #lykoreview1 product in post Holds almost like hairspray599 views - The post was made 2 monthsRating: 5 out of 5verified customer
Fulfills the manufacturer's promises
This mask is really cool! I love such targeted formulas in two parts – they fit much better to the face than regular sheets, although this one can easily slide off the skin due to the amount of liquid and smooth texture, so it's worth planning some relaxation lying down during this skincare ritual. I don't consider it a downside, so I won't deduct any stars. The mask and serum are lightly scented, but the fragrance is barely noticeable - it didn't cause me any irritation. After removal, my skin was noticeably hydrated, soft, and soothed, and the effect lasted even into the next day. A great option if you want to give your skin a proper dose of hydration and regeneration. It can be treated as a party treatment - both before (preparing for makeup) and after a big outing (regenerating the face after wearing set layers of makeup). My advice: if you have a puffy face, put the mask in the fridge before applying it to cool it down🧖🏻♀️ #lykoreview1 product in post Fulfills the manufacturer's promises813 views
