The best highlighter you can find!
I've been using this highlighter for a few weeks now and I'm completely sold, this is something beyond the ordinary! Since I tend to be more on the oily side, I usually need to set my makeup quite well, which also gives me a very matte look. Therefore, a good highlighter is A & O in my makeup routine, because who wants to look matte and dull? This incredible highlighter gives such an amazing glow! It lays down like a natural shimmer on the face without looking fake. It truly is glow without glitter, so it reflects beautifully in light. Moreover, it stays in place all day, without losing its shine or going the other way - giving a too sweaty result. I apply this with a medium-sized brush with long, loose bristles. It makes it sweep nicely on the skin and just melts in without clear lines. I've also used it as a little extra shimmer on the eyelids, then I use my pinky finger and get such a nice result. It does cost its price, but there is soooo much product. I believe this will last at least a year! Just in these four weeks, I've used it daily, and the product still looks completely unused. A lovely blush 🌸
I have been testing this blush NARS Multiple Orgasm Crave for a few weeks and I like it so much! I am 33 years old and have normal/oily skin that is not dry at all right now. I have some pores on my face that can either be highlighted or concealed with the right products. This creamy, soft, glowy blush works so well for me! It really melts into the skin and is so easy to blend without getting patchy or disturbing the makeup underneath. I think it looks nice both as a cream base under a powder makeup but also for a natural look with just this. I think this would be perfect in the summer! I was initially skeptical about the color, as I am more into red/darker shades for blush. But I still think this looks incredibly nice and I like it so much! The only thing that brings it down from a full score is that it is a bit weak in pigmentation. If I don't apply the product directly to my face, I need to use quite a bit of product to get an effect! Wonderful creamy but not for me!
I have tested this concealer from NARS for a few weeks and no matter how much I want to like it, it really doesn't suit me. I am 33 years old with some signs of aging that are creeping in all the time. It’s the ultimate test to also try a concealer when you are most stressed in December and sleeping the least, bags under the eyes are there to say! I am currently normal to oily in skin, not at all dry (which I think it suits better for). This concealer is heeelt wonderfully creamy in its consistency and I can really imagine that for some it is 5/5, it really melts into the skin. For me, however, it’s completely wrong, it’s TOO creamy which makes it not really adhere. I have tried applying both with a brush, sponge, and finger and for me, it’s only the finger that works. This creases very easily on me in the lines, I have to set it with very little powder otherwise it gets cakey. It really requires precision to get it to sit nicely. I also can’t build up more coverage without it creasing! I also think it has zero coverage and since I can’t build layers without it getting cakey, it doesn’t do much for me, as I like full cover makeup. However, in the summer, I might have liked it more when I want a bit lighter makeup. A must in the shower!
I have used this detox shampoo 1 time a week for 4 weeks and I am SOLD! My hair is naturally curly, dry, and frizzy and is in great need of a haircut. I dye my hair brown every 3rd-4th week (but only the roots regularly and I dye the lengths less often). I generally have no issues with my scalp, but it is still a bit dry and I can sometimes feel it itching. Especially during weather changes when it gets cold, which has exactly happened while I have been testing this. This is a detoxifying shampoo that cleanses deeply without feeling dry. I have previously used Kevin Murphy's detox shampoo, which completely dries out the hair before you put in, for example, a mask or conditioner, this one does not do that but feels more like a regular shampoo when you use it. I always do two applications when I use this and let it sit for a little while each time before I rinse it out, so it gets to set a bit! PRODUCT: 4/5 I was very surprised when black shampoo came out from this (in my opinion) very ugly and boring packaging! I am not a big fan of this type of packaging where you flip up the lid, hence one point less. The product is very economical, so you don't need much and it distributes easily in the hair. I find it lovely to work with in the scalp and it also lathers well, especially with 2 applications. SCENT: 5/5 It actually doesn't smell much, but has a faint lovely scent that feels clean. So if you are looking for something that smells strong and intense, this is not the product for you. I think it is optimal for a detox shampoo with a light scent, then you know that the focus is right! RESULT: ▪️ What I want to highlight the most is that my hair is significantly cleaner, I wash my hair every 3 days and since I started with this, my hair is fresh until the next wash! I, who have a lot of volume, also maintain the volume every day! ▪️ The scalp feels so much more moisturized and balanced! ▪️ No color loss on my colored hair, this is incredibly important for me! ▪️ Moisture, as I mentioned above, this detox shampoo does not dry out the hair but on the contrary, it feels like it helps other products to settle better in the hair! Good product but not revolutionary
I have used this product as a treatment for my hair for about 4 weeks, both individually and together with K18 Detox shampoo, which I use once a week. This is a product that is extremely talked about and hyped, which makes the expectations high! My hair is naturally curly, dry, and frizzy and is in great need of a haircut. I dye my hair brown every 3rd-4th week (though I only regularly dye the roots and the lengths I dye less often). No product can save hair that needs to be cut, but this should still make a significant improvement, which I unfortunately do not really experience! My hair does not break off, but it is just very damaged at the ends and especially dry. PRODUCT: 4/5 According to the description, you should always start with 1 pump, which is enough for my hair if I don’t want to boost it a little extra, then I take two pumps. The product is still economical, but you have to work it into the hair. I always scrunch it into the ends and then scrunch it up into the lengths. The pump is a bit slow, so you have to push a bit to get the product out. That it gets 4/5 is because I actually don’t notice a difference from other leave-in products, like Fenty Beauty the comeback kid or Olaplex no 6. In those, you also get much more product for the money (comparison price). SCENT: 5/5 This smells so incredibly good! I, who don’t know anything about notes and can feel WHAT it smells like, would just say that it smells incredible and luxurious like a salon! Quite a strong scent if you are a bit sensitive. I love the scent! RESULT: 3/5 Just as I wrote above, the result does not stand out at all for me. It really does nothing negative for my hair, but it moisturizes and strengthens, smooths out quite well, prevents tangling, and smells good. But according to the description, the hair should "feel new" and repair the hair on a molecular level, which I do not experience at all. As I said, I do not notice a difference between this and my other good leave-ins. Which for me comes down to a price issue, where this is significantly more expensive in comparison price. Would I buy the product again? No, I prefer Olaplex no 6. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, it has really saved many other people's hair but not mine. Plumping the hair a lot!
I have been using this treatment (conditioner/hair mask) for a few weeks now and I really like it! I have naturally curly hair, typically Scandinavian with many fine hair strands, a lot of natural volume, and I am actually light blonde but regularly dye my hair brown. The condition of my hair - dry and damaged right now with a need for both a cut and extra love! I wash my hair three days a week and avoid heat tools as much as possible on a daily basis. SCENT: 5/5 It smells absolutely incredible and the scent lingers nicely after the shower! I don’t find that this has such a strongly perfumed scent, so if you’re not very sensitive, this works! PRODUCT: 3/5 It’s a big advantage that this has several areas of use, both as a hair mask that replaces conditioner (that’s mainly how I’ve used it) but also that you can use it as a leave-in for an extra treatment for the hair. However, I think it requires a lot of product when applied as a conditioner, my hair absorbs it so quickly, and since it’s a bit pricey, it stings a little to use more of this than I usually do with conditioner. In a few weeks with 3 washes/week, more than half of the tube has been used. However, as a leave-in, it doesn’t require as much! DESIGN: 5/5 I prefer conditioner in tubes like this, I think it’s absolutely the easiest to use in the shower, and I, who travel a lot for work, prefer to have products in tubes in my toiletry bag! And everything is also sleek and a nice detail in the shower. It’s also made of material that prevents it from becoming slippery when wet, big plus!! RESULT: 4/5 For me, who has curly hair, it’s easy to tell if there’s good moisture in the product! Little moisture - bad or non-existent curls. Good moisture - nice, even, and lively curls. And this gives my hair FIIINE curls, so much so that I’ve received several compliments for them and many who don’t believe they’re natural. And above all, it plumps the hair to a level I’ve never experienced before, after the first wash my hair felt almost twice as thick! I’ve used this in combination with Fenty Beauty Rich One Moisture shampoo, and it’s an INCREDIBLE combo! The only reason it gets 4/5 is that I don’t get any shine? My hair is less shiny now than before I started using it. But that’s not the most important thing for me, but getting moisture and hair that doesn’t tangle is my priority, and there it delivers on top! Wonderful scent and great results!
I have been using this lovely shampoo for a few weeks now, and I really like it! PRODUCT: 5/5 The shampoo is concentrated, and you don’t need much to get a good lather, I always shampoo twice. The lather feels soft and moisturizing, a sensation I have never experienced from a shampoo before! DESIGN: 3.5/5 Aesthetically, the bottle is 5/5 for me, it is sleek and incredibly robust and feels so luxurious. However, the pump is very stiff, I don’t know if it’s just mine, but I have to press quite hard to push it down, and it also rises slowly again. I really love the bottle, but it feels a bit like you are also paying extra for that luxury. I would love it if there were refills for the bottle so you wouldn’t have to “pay for it again” but still get the product. RESULT: 4/5 My hair really loves this shampoo! It is so clear on my hair whether it works or not, in terms of volume and curls. What I experience is that my hair becomes so full, and that happened already after the first wash that my hair felt thicker. It also keeps my hair clean and fresh between washes, and I don’t use dry shampoo at all (and I work out and get sweaty every day). However, I do miss the shine and moisture that it promises, i.e., when I read what it is actually supposed to do for the hair, I haven’t really experienced that. I am also not dry in my scalp or have any issues that need to be addressed except for the lengths. But it cleans the hair properly without drying it out, keeps the hair clean for a long time, and gives me the volume I usually have with a good shampoo! A fantastic scent that others have!
This is a perfume that I would believe will become a "must-have scent" for many, but is still a hidden gem, at least I myself have neither seen the brand before nor seen anyone use it. It hits 100% of my taste - it is feminine, mature, a bit heavier, and above all luxurious in its scent. It is definitely an evening perfume for me, my associations go to a nice dinner, a date, or a night out in the fall/winter. My knowledge of perfume is pretty much zero, so commenting on different notes is not relevant. So instead, try to visualize the moment - a stylish outfit that exudes confidence and sensuality, the makeup is on, the hair is done, you put on your heels and finish with a few spritzes of this perfume before you head out for a first date. There we have the scent! During my testing weeks, I actually used this even during the day (I work at a gym, maybe a bit inappropriate scent in that industry where we should ideally be completely fragrance-free, but sitting in an office, I get away with it hihi). What I have tested is how long it actually lasts, it does cost a pretty penny. And YES, this scent lasts for maaaaany hours!!! Have I received compliments and the question of what perfume I have been wearing lately? Oh yes!! It is a unique scent but still recognizable, it has something extra that makes you fall for it right away. At least those who are like me, 30+, the younger population may not have been as curious, but everyone who has gotten to smell it has liked it! I actually hadn't read the description of the perfume until now, which made me realize that my feeling about the scent was exactly what the description said. Visible results in 2 months!
I have used this mask regularly for two months, and I can honestly say that I noticed results after just 2-3 treatments! My skin is slightly acne-prone with many red small spots & some scars. As a 30+ year old, I have also started to see some visible lines in my face, especially around the eyes & lips. I have normal/oily skin, but always more on the oily side and never dry in the face. I have only used level 2, it felt completely optimal for the type of skin I have! I followed the recommendations to the letter on how often the mask should be used. I varied the EMS between 5-7 in intensity. The first clear result that came immediately was that I became “drier” in my skin (to a normal level), the oiliness disappeared almost completely. So in just a few uses, my skin stabilized in an incredible way! I also haven’t had any real acne outbreaks during these two months. Only a few small pimples have appeared, and we’re talking about minis that came during the nights (maybe because it’s 100 degrees in my bedroom). ▪️ I see clear and significant differences in my face in the before/after pictures. Both in how much calmer and smoother my skin is as well as reduced fine lines. It cannot be denied that it has done its job brilliantly! ▪️ I haven’t had oily skin again during these two months, but since the first week it has been gone and completely stable. Which has made me actually rethink my skincare and makeup since there is such a difference! The mask fits well on the head, and I love that the cord is long enough that you can have it in your pants pocket if you want to do something in the meantime! What brings down the rating for this is: - There is no explanation at all on how the blue light works and how to use it. Should you hold it directly on the skin? At the same spot for 10 minutes? Many questions but no answers. - For a product costing 4000kr, I think there should be some sort of storage bag included. I store mine in the box it came in, but I travel a lot for work, so I can’t take it with me. Also, it becomes cumbersome and takes up a lot of space to have it in the box at home. No, they could have thought this through a bit more! - It’s a bit difficult to get it to sit perfectly on the face, so when you turn on EMS, you can notice that it “jolts” at different intensities, just because it doesn’t sit quite right. Even though I always try to adjust, it’s hard to get it right. So something with the fit of the mask is unfortunately not quite perfect! Other than those three points, I am incredibly satisfied! Make the skin calm and fresh
I have used this product every day for about 4 weeks, and here are my thoughts and opinions. My skin is slightly acne-prone with quite a few red spots/breakouts. I am not sensitive, leaning more towards oily skin and am rarely dry, but it can happen if I have gone too hard with strong products. 32 years old and have tried most things on my face regarding products! I really like this toner! It is thick in consistency, so it is much firmer than a classic toner, which reminds me more of a serum! I prefer this thick consistency much more than a classic toner. It feels much more effective, and above all, no unnecessary product is wasted! I haven't noticed that it has any scent at all; it feels quite "clinically clean"! My skin has really benefited from the product; together with the friend REPAIRING FACIAL Spray With Hypochlorous Acid from the same brand, I see an incredible difference in my skin! It is rare that I see such a quick effect! Additionally, it has used extremely little product; I use it morning and night, and in the picture, you can clearly see how much is left after about 60 uses!! The thing that brings it down from 5 to 4 is that I don't think I get the effect it actually claims to give, to provide a glow.
