    Very disappointing

    I have had hydro-facials before and was therefore optimistic about the results from this product. But it did not deliver. I used the head for sensitive skin on the lowest setting, and it left my skin with dark red bruises, as well as a line of smaller, blackish dot bruises along the path I moved the device over. I focused especially on areas with visible blackheads, but the device failed to remove them. All it did was make the skin around it very red. Additionally, when I filled the water tank with water, it became very foamy, so it seems like there was already soap in the container – something that makes me believe this was a previously used product.
