Sweet, tangy, cozy, and has attracted so many compliments!

Absolutely magical if you like gourmand but don’t want to smell like just ONE thing (like chocolate, vanilla, or meringue) but rather want several notes in the same bottle! I myself am quite "anti" traditional floral perfumes. They don’t suit my personality or my skin (floral scents tend to smell like an old lady and a deserted attic on my skin, somehow). This one manages to be a bit floral but does NOT have that effect on me. I get the most compliments when I mix Sweet Like Candy with a bit of Vanilla by Alyssa Ashley. Several times at events, people have told me they don’t plan to leave me all evening just because I smell so cozy! I think if you’re a fan of many of Britney Spears’ perfumes (especially Midnight Fantasy), you would also like Sweet Like Candy. Maybe a bit "basic/immature/girly" for some, but if you know sweeter perfumes suit you, you definitely shouldn’t hesitate to try this one! The only downside the perfume has is that it doesn’t have super long "reach" around you.

Former Roaccutan & Differin user. SUPER HAPPY with this now long after medical treatment!

I was honestly quite skeptical about this product since I have previously used both Roaccutan and Differin gel for severe acne. It's been about 10 years since then, and I already noticed about 3 years ago that the ultra-fine skin I got from medical treatment started to fade. Lots of small bumps all over my face, nodular acne, and larger pores around my nose. So I bought this serum after trying The Ordinary's retinol products, which unfortunately didn't work at all for me. And I notice a real difference now in my skin as long as I keep using it regularly! Shrunk pores, less small acne everywhere, and generally a "fresher" look to the skin! Also really like the gel consistency. Quick advice: If you've tried it and noticed you suddenly get more acne, don't panic and stop using the product! Retinol products (like Roaccutan, Differin, and this one) ARE supposed to have that effect because it means the retinol is working to speed up skin renewal. It gradually decreases, and then you'll have the best skin ever! Preferably start by building up slowly (once a week for a while, then 2, then 3, and then evaluate if you really need it more often than that), and make sure to stick to that routine!

Great concept, but not quite a hit!

I'm at that level of paleness where I sometimes get asked if I'm sick, and I also have a cool skin tone (we're talking the level where I've never found a Western foundation that matches my skin tone). So I had high hopes when this product was advertised to me. "Sapphire" in this collection sounds made for me, and it really is beautiful in tone – before you rinse off the guide color... After rinsing, it’s noticeably warmer in color, although thankfully not so warm that I feel like a cheese puff. The question is whether it deserves praise for this, or if the reason it doesn’t look 100% like a cheese puff is just because it’s so subtle. Despite over 8 hours between application and rinsing, it was hard to see much difference on the skin that hadn’t been applied to versus the skin that had. I thought after this that it might be perfect for some fake freckles (I have my own, but like to add even more in certain parts of my face with self-tanner or makeup). I applied it as precisely as I could, with a precision brush actually meant for miniature painting, but after a few minutes the dot kind of spread out and became blurry/diluted. I had no product on my face before, and I have dry skin, so it must be the self-tanner itself. After a couple of attempts on other days, I gave up on that idea. I will still use it as a body self-tanner now and then, since it’s hard to find a non-orange self-tanner, but it wasn’t an immediate holy grail! In the picture you can see before rinsing (after 8 hours of waiting) and after, when I accidentally applied it to a spot on my hand!

The most beautiful lashes I've ever had on!

My eyes don't really suit the "regular" lashes with evenly spaced gaps, it just doesn't look right on my face. That's why I love cluster lashes that point INWARD instead of the cluster fanning OUTWARD. Normally, this type of lashes is way too long for me (I suffer from both droopy eyelids, a small space between lashes and brows, and generally a small face), but these were PERFECT! Not too long at all so it just looks silly, but long enough to make a huge difference on my eyes! I sincerely hope they come back into the range sometime.

    Tubing mascara?

Is this a true tubing mascara? I remember it being that way before, but when I bought it again (about 2 years ago), it didn't feel the same at all. I'm wondering if I got a bad batch back then, or if they've simply changed the formula from tubing to "regular" mascara?
