Fantastic on my dry skin ✨
It sits incredibly nicely on the skin and melts in so naturally. It gives a nice glow and has very good staying power. My skin is very dry and almost no foundation sits nicely on my skin, but this one stays great all day. It can be built up and covers my redness around the nose and nostrils well. Not for me
I am so disappointed.. the product is expensive and I had heard such good things about it. Seems to suit everyone.. but not me. The pride makes it a one, otherwise it would have gotten a two because it is so long-lasting. First and foremost, absurdly little product is required to cover the entire face. It felt like I barely used anything but could brush it out over the whole face. That the product doesn’t sink in around the eyebrows is pretty normal for me and usually can be concealed. But you can see how it became patchy both on the forehead and on the cheeks. No, my dry skin did not like this. So to the exciting part.. on the chin, I instead got multiple pimples and I used a completely new unused brush, so no old makeup residue or bacteria. I don’t think I’ve ever had so many pimples at once before and they went from non-existent in the morning to white when I came home from work. I am disappointed but remember that almost everyone else I’ve seen comment on this already before they brought it in from Lyko has loved it.1 product in post Not for me49 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Skin is very individual, and although many find it sits nicely and is moisturizing, it can behave differently depending on skin type – especially if you have drier skin or if certain areas have a different texture, which can affect how a base melts in and wears throughout the day. For dry skin, it can often help to prepare the skin a bit extra by gently exfoliating 1-2 times a week and moisturizing. Let moisturizer and SPF absorb for 2-3 minutes before makeup, and feel free to use a hydrating primer. When applying, thin layers worked in with a lightly dampened sponge can give a more even result than a brush, and a facial mist between layers can also help the base to blend better 😊 If you experienced breakouts, it's good to pause the product until the skin has calmed down and follow a simple routine.
