    En bra billig

    Jag brukar använda high-end flytande smink när det kommer till produkter som används på min ansiktshud. Jag har känslig hud som reagerar lätt. Men detta gavs till mig som ett prov. Jag tyckte det var svårt att välja en färg baserat på swatches från en bild, men jag tog det jag tyckte mest representerade min hudton. Om jag hade haft alla färger att prova, är jag nyfiken på om det skulle ha funnits en bättre match. Men färgen jag valde verkar passa, men med en orange nyans. Idealiskt sett skulle en ljusare nyans ha varit ett bättre val. Detta hade en trevlig konsistens, mycket flytande och byggbar. Poäng avdragna, för eftersom jag 2026 skulle vilja se företag använda mer miljövänliga material för förpackningar. Detta är mycket engångsplastförpackning, när jag gärna skulle acceptera kvalitetsmakeup i en påse, eller glas eller något mer innovativt och hållbart.

    Fine for the price point

    I usually use high-end liquid makeup when it comes to products that are used on my face skin. But this was given to me as a sample. I found it difficult to choose a color based on swatches from a picture, but I took what I thought most closely represented my skin tone. If I had all colors to try, I’m curious if there would have been a better match. However, the color I chose does seem suitable. The consistency is buttery thick, and the coverage goes on nicely in my cracks and over imperfections. I thought that due to the consistency, it would feel on the greasy side, but so far I don’t have that complaint. I have sensitive skin, and have not been using this long enough to tell if I will get a breakout, but I suspect with regular use, this is a possibility. Points off, because in 2026, I’m looking for companies to use more sustainable packaging.

    Ganska coolt, men

    Detta är en ganska bra produkt! Den snedställda spetsen för enkel applicering och den medföljande borsten för blandning är några bra tillägg. MEN, det verkar inte finnas mycket blyertspenna i stiftet, så plast till produktförhållandet är ganska dåligt. Det drar bort 1 stjärna. Den andra -1 stjärnan är för att jag skulle vilja se bättre miljövänlig förpackning till 2026. Det här är mycket engångsplast, när företagen borde komma på mer hållbara alternativ som kartong, bambukomposit osv.

    Maybelline gör det igen

    Sedan jag var tonåring har jag varit övertygad om att Maybelline gör den bästa mascaran. Den här är också fantastisk. Den torkar snabbt, men glider på smidigt. Minus 1 stjärna, för att senast 2026 borde dessa stora com-Angie verkligen ha utvecklat något miljövänligt förpackning. Det finns mycket engångsplast här för en liten mängd produkt.

    A solid winner, but….

    Yes, I’m happy with this! But…. Can we NOT call this a serum? Just so you’re aware, the liquid is white, and it’s not quite as ‘viscous’ as I would expect a serum to be. Otherwise, labeling aside, I truly am happy with this product. I have fair skin, so I cannot tell how well this would blend on dark complexions, but for me it is streak free and no white cast. Please be aware, that I DON’T think this would be suitable for truly sensitive skin. It is slightly drying over time, which some might find irritating, but doesn’t both me in the slightest since I have naturally oily skin to begin with. What I love is being able to use it every morning as the first product on my skin. This way I have assured protection, unlike with my regular sunscreen, which sits near the front door, where I may or may not remember to put it on. I’m happy it’s a vegan product with a partially recycled glass bottle (it’s a good effort in reducing single use plastic -very important to me that companies recognize). I’m also happy with the small size (30ml) as this basically means it will be enough for the summer months, and then it will run out when it’s due to be replaced anyway (they say spf’s expire after a year). I would say for a cheap-end product, go for it. But my favourite of all time will always be Eucerin dry touch spf 50 gel cream oil control. I was very happy to act as a Smartson product tester to try this sun screen for free.

    Is this the best there is?

    3 stars because: it’s the only vivid color shampoo you can get here in Sweden. If you have brightly colored hair, the ONLY way you can maintain color is with a color-depositing shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner is a bit easy, because you can make your own hack by adding direct deposit dyes to conditioner. But the shampoo is just as essential. Enter here Viral shampoo. It does the job. BUT; I can’t stand the smell, the lather is inconsistent (Your hair needs to be really wet, and you need a rather large amount of product) and the overall feeling after continued use is drying. Probably not what you want, if you are bleaching your hair often like me. You will need to do bonding masks often to maintain hair integrity. With the pastels, the shampoo will likely not dye your hands, but for the vivid s, beware. Your nails and skin will be colored for days if you’re not wearing gloves while washing.

    Very pigmented!

    It really is true to the color on the bottle. It is so pigmented, I mixed a ratio of 10% with 90% conditioner, and it was still very bright in my bleached hair. I believe it would even work on dark blond hair. I think this product is good value for money, especially if you can get it on sale when it’s below 299kr. It’s a big bottle, and will last.

    I love you I love you!

    So, I have pastel pink hair. To keep my colour, I have to use a conditioning colorant after each wash. It’s an intensive processes that is time consuming. ...until I found this perfectly pigmented shampoo. This shampoo deposits colour directly into my hair. I can often skip my conditioning color, and still have good results. Also, now that I’m using this shampoo, my pink has a more even tone. It’s a very powerful color -not enough to dye your hands, but enough that I think you would start seeing it if you used it regularly on blond hair. So you know, the colour is more on the orange side of red than purple. It would be perfect for copper-haired users. And the actual shampoo is wonderful too. You get a very clean feeling. I’ve got greasy hair, and this never leaves me overly dry.

    Disappointed

    I should have trusted the review here! This was my first time using Elf. The brand has a massive following, and I love supporting vegan makeup brands. However, this liner is so crap, I just won’t use it. It smudges and works into creases over the eyelid -even when using a heavy duty lid primer like Too Faced. I thought I could just keep it for when I want to do an ‘angry emo teenager raccoon eye’, but it’s not even good enough for that. On another note, the packaging is lux! Very nice pen!
