I donât normally leave reviews but I feel I have to give feedback to La Roche-Posay here. The product itself is genuinely excellent and easily deserves five stars, but the packaging is far from the same level.
If you ever switch to a tube design that actually allows you to use every last bit of the product, the rating would immediately go up to five stars. As it is now, you end up having to squeeze so hard at the end that it becomes uncomfortable, and there is a real risk of losing grip and accidentally poking yourself on the rigid edges of the tube while trying to get the remaining product out, sometimes even breaking the skin.
There are far more flexible and better tube solutions available, which makes this choice hard to understand. This applies to both Toleriane Sensitive Cream and the Riche variant. You can remove the plastic cap to get slightly easier access to the remaining product, but in practice it is such a hassle that I usually end up throwing it away earlier than I should.
That said, the formula itself is very good. The Sensitive Cream works well for everyday use, especially during summer. The Riche version is noticeably thicker and better suited for the winter season.

Jag brukar sÀllan skriva recensioner, men i det hÀr fallet vill jag ge tydlig feedback till La Roche-Posay. Ni har skapat en femstjÀrnig produkt i en förpackning som knappt förtjÀnar en stjÀrna.
Den dag ni byter till en tub som faktiskt gör det möjligt att fÄ ut allt innehÄll, kommer betyget ocksÄ bli fem stjÀrnor. Som det Àr nu ska man inte behöva ta i sÄ mycket att man riskerar att skada sig för att fÄ ut det sista, sÀrskilt nÀr man dessutom lÀtt tappar greppet och kan rÄka sticka sig pÄ tubens hÄrda kanter sÄ att det börjar blöda nÀr man försöker pressa ut det sista ur tuben.
Det finns gott om mjuka och mer anvÀndarvÀnliga tuber pÄ marknaden, vilket gör det svÄrt att förstÄ varför denna hÄrda och opraktiska lösning anvÀnds. Problemet gÀller bÄde Toleriane Sensitive Cream och Riche-versionen. Det gÄr att ta bort plastdelen av tuben för att lÀttare komma Ät det sista, men för att slippa frustrationen slutar det oftast med att jag kastar produkten innan den Àr helt slut.
SjÀlva produkten Àr dÀremot utmÀrkt. Sensitive Cream fungerar mycket bra till vardags, sÀrskilt under sommaren. Riche-varianten ger extra Äterfuktning och passar bÀttre under vintern.
