Let your creativity flow with Metallic Marble! Use the polish as is for a glossy Pearl Metallic finish or create unique patterns with a brush or Dotting Tool – the only limit is your imagination. Paint, create, cure, and enjoy a design that only you can pull off. Each nail becomes a work of art in its own right.

Usage:
Instructions for applying the Metallic Marble effect in the Gel iQ system.
1.Cleaning: Apply Gel iQ Pre-Cleanser on a cotton pad and thoroughly clean your nails. Let the nail dry for 30 seconds to ensure it’s completely dry. Avoid touching the nail surface after cleaning.
2.¤ Base Coat: Apply a thin layer of Gel iQ Base Coat. Cure for 30 seconds in the UV/LED lamp.
3.¤ Metallic Marble:
First, apply a thin layer of Metallic Marble and cure for 60 seconds in the UV/LED lamp (press the 30 sec button once, and when the lamp goes off, press it again for another 30 sec).
4.Next, apply another thin layer of Metallic Marble without curing in the UV/LED lamp. Use your tool of choice, like a Dotting Tool, to create a pattern. Once you’re happy with your design, let the polish rest for 5-10 seconds and then cure for 60 seconds in the UV/LED lamp (press the 30 sec button once, and when the lamp goes off, press it again for another 30 sec).
5.¤ Top Coat: Apply a thin layer of Gel iQ Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds in the UV/LED lamp.
6.Cleaning/Top Finishing: The sticky layer that forms on the nail after curing the Top Coat must be removed to achieve the ultimate shine. It’s crucial to clean the entire nail surface with Gel iQ High Shine Cleanser. Wipe the surface with a firm motion to remove the sticky layer. You’ll need at least 12 cotton pads on hand.

Here’s how to do it for each nail:
1. Apply a generous amount of Gel iQ High Shine Cleanser on a cotton pad.
2. Place the wet side of the pad over the entire nail and wait for 5 seconds.
3. Press with two fingers on the pad to ensure even pressure across the nail surface. Then, pull from the cuticle up to the tip of the nail in a firm motion.
4. Switch to a new clean pad for each nail and repeat the same steps for all nails.
5. Once all nails are cleaned using this method, do another cleanse with the cleanser. This will enhance a fantastic shine and luster on the color. Soak the pad with cleanser and clean from the cuticle out towards the tip of the nail. Start in the middle and then move to the left and right sides. Use a new clean pad for each hand.
6. Important! Finish the entire process by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
You’re now done with the treatment and have a high-gloss, long-lasting manicure that lasts about 2 weeks.

Here’s how to remove Depend Gel iQ
Depending on your nail type and quality, you may find it varies in difficulty to remove the polish. That’s why we’ve chosen to use two different methods for this. We primarily recommend Method 1 for removing the polish. This method works for most nail types. For others, we recommend Method 2.
Method 1: Gel iQ Remover Oil gently removes Gel iQ with a plant-based oil. For this method to work, there needs to be some growth between the cuticle and the polish, which naturally occurs after the polish has been on for 2 weeks. This method is very gentle on the nail and cuticle and works through the special chemistry that this product is developed with, creating a reaction between the remover oil, water, and polish.
Method 2: A more traditional removal. Here, you use Gel iQ Remover and Gel iQ Removal Wraps Foil as tools to simplify the removal process.

Removal with Method 1
Products to be used:
Gel iQ Remover Oil
Warm water around 40 degrees
A bowl, about 2 liters, that comfortably fits a hand’s fingers.
Or use a sink.
Here’s how to do it
1. Apply a generous amount of remover oil to the fingers of one hand along the cuticle and over the entire nail.
2. Massage for about 20-30 seconds on each nail.
3. Fill the bowl or sink with water. The temperature should be around 40 degrees. Note: It should not be burning hot.
4. Submerge your fingers in the warm water (around 40 degrees) so that all fingers are covered and wait for 3 minutes. The warmer the water, the better the effect.
5. After about 3 minutes, gently scrape off the polish at the growth closest to the cuticle with your own nail or a manicure stick while keeping your hand in the water. Scrape a little and let the water reach the seam between the nail and the polish. This way, Gel iQ gradually dissolves, and you can lift the polish off in a flake if done correctly. It’s the reaction between the oil, polish formula, and water that makes this unique removal possible.
Important - also remember that the water cools down, and for the best effect, the temperature should be around 40 degrees. It may be good to change or warm the water during the removal process.
Note! Be careful and dissolve the polish bit by bit with your fingers still in the water.
Be extra cautious when scraping so you don’t take off any of your own nail, especially at the tip where it’s driest and can easily break. The polish usually adheres the most at the tip of the nail.
6. If you still haven’t removed the polish from the nail, repeat with more oil and warm water as instructed above until the polish completely releases.
Repeat the same procedure for the other hand. Finish by massaging in any excess oil and drying your hands.

Removal with Method 2
Products to be used:
Gel iQ Remover
Gel iQ Removal Wraps Foil
Here’s how to do it
Protect the surface with a towel where you’re sitting and doing the removal. Ensure good ventilation throughout the treatment. Only do one hand at a time as it’s difficult to work with remover foil on both hands. It’s important to seal the remover foil well since the remover evaporates quickly, and then the effect is lost. Keep the foil packets on the other fingers sealed until you start scraping off the polish. Note! If you open the foil packet too early before you start scraping, the remover liquid will evaporate, resulting in the polish hardening again and becoming harder to remove. It’s crucial that the cotton surface is always wet with Gel iQ Remover during the removal to achieve optimal effect.
1. Apply a generous amount of Gel iQ Remover on the cotton surface in the remover foil, place it against the nail, and then seal the foil very well. Make sure the well-soaked cotton surface covers the entire nail surface.
2. Wait for 15 minutes. Note: The processing time may vary for different nail types. First, open one foil packet and check if the polish is dissolved. If everything is dissolved, gently start scraping off the polish with a manicure stick. Be careful not to damage the nail while scraping. Note: Keep the foil packets sealed on the other fingers until you start scraping off the polish. If the polish is not dissolved, reseal and repeat until it is completely dissolved. Tip! To speed up the effect: file a little on the surface of the polish before applying the liquid and foil. Avoid filing too much or on the cuticles.
3. Once everything is dissolved, wash your hands with soap and warm water.
4. Moisturize your nails and cuticles with cuticle cream or oil afterward.
Warning Gel iQ Remover: Highly flammable. Ensure good ventilation.

Gel iQ-Pro Tips!
- Always apply in thin layers.
- If your nails are extremely worn, you can apply another layer of Gel iQ Top Coat after 7 days. Clean first and then follow the steps to apply and cure the top coat.
- The same application technique and removal apply to toenails as well.
- Never mix Gel iQ with other brands in the treatment steps.
- While you have Gel iQ on your nails, feel free to use nail oil on your cuticles and under the nail tip.
- Having trouble removing the polish? For most, Method 1 with remover oil works, but in special cases, like extremely dry nails, Method 2 may need to be used.

Do not use this product if:
• You have previously had an allergic reaction after using UV/LED-cured nail products.
• You are sensitive to acrylates as these products can cause an allergic reaction.
• You have wounds, cracks, etc. on your cuticles or if your nails are in poor condition (thin, dry, flaky).
• You are a nail biter or have short nails where the nail edge (tip) ends below the skin on your fingertips.

The product is not intended for use on individuals under 16 years old. Keep out of reach of children.
The product is not intended to be applied more than once every 14 days.
Avoid contact with skin. Ensure application is only on the nail surface and not on surrounding skin or cuticles. If you get polish on the skin or cuticles, gently remove the product with Gel iQ Pre-Cleanser on a cotton pad. Once curing is complete, wash the skin thoroughly with soap and water to remove any residual products.
Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets in your eyes, rinse gently with water for several minutes, remove any contact lenses, and continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice/care.
Curing with the UV/LED lamp: The lamp has a timer that should always be set to 30 seconds. For 60 seconds curing, press the 30 sec button once, and when the lamp goes off, press it again for another 30 sec. It’s important to always follow the specified times according to the instructions. Shorter times will not cure the material properly, increasing the risk of allergies and reducing durability.
Allergy information: Contains ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Discontinue use if you develop redness or itching. If burning, itching, or swelling occurs during treatment, remove uncured material with Gel iQ Pre-Cleanser on a cotton pad and then wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. If problems persist, consult a doctor for advice. If skin irritation or rash occurs after treatment, seek medical advice/care.
Always apply with a good safety margin from the cuticle.

How to Use:

INSTRUCTIONS

Important: if UV-curing product comes into contact with the skin around your nail, this must be removed prior to curing using Gel iQ Pre-Cleanser applied to a cotton bud.

Instructions for application of Metallic Marble effect as part of the Gel iQ system
1. Cleaning: Apply Gel iQ Pre-Cleanser to a cotton wool pad and thoroughly clean your nails. Allow your nails to dry completely for 30 seconds. Do not touch the nail surface after it has been cleaned.
2. ¤ Base Coat: Apply a thin coat of Gel iQ Base Coat. Cure for 30 seconds under the UV/LED lamp.
3. ¤ Metallic Marble:
Apply a thin coat of Metallic Marble and cure under the UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds (press the 30-second button twice).
4. Next, apply another thin coat of Metallic Marble without curing under the UV/LED lamp. Use your choice of tool, e.g. a Dotting Tool, to create a pattern. Once you are happy with your design, allow the polish 5–10 seconds to rest before curing under the UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds (press the 30-second button twice).
5. ¤ Top Coat: Apply a thin coat of Gel iQ Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds under the UV/LED lamp.
6. Cleaning/Top Finishing: The sticky surface that forms on the nail after curing your Top Coat must be removed to achieve optimum shine. Therefore it is important to clean the entire surface of the nail using Gel iQ High Shine Cleanser. Wipe down the surface in one firm motion to remove the sticky surface. You will need at least 12 cotton wool pads to hand.

Method for each nail:
1. Apply plenty of Gel iQ High Shine Cleanser to a cotton wool pad.
2. Place the saturated surface of the pad over the entire nail and wait 5 seconds.
3. With 2 fingers on the pad, press down to ensure even pressure across the surface of the nail. Now wipe from the cuticle to the tip of your nail in one firm motion.
4. Use a fresh, clean pad for each nail and repeat the same process for all your nails.
5. Once all your nails have been cleaned in this way, you can clean them once more with the cleanser. This will bring out the gel’s fantastic colour and shine. Soak the pad with cleanser and clean from cuticle to tip. First wipe down the centre of the nail and then do the left and right sides. Use a fresh, clean pad for each hand.
6. Important: complete the treatment by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Once you have completed all these steps, your hard-wearing, high-shine polish will last for about two weeks.

How to remove Depend Gel iQ
Depending on your nail type and the condition of your nails, you may or may not find it difficult to remove the gel. We have therefore opted to use 2 different removal methods. We recommend, in the first instance, using method 1 to remove the gel. This method works for most nail types. Otherwise we recommend method 2.
Method 1: Gel iQ Remover Oil removes Gel iQ gently using vegetable oil. For this method to work, there must be a certain amount of growth between the cuticle and the gel, which you would naturally have if the gel has been on for two weeks. This method is very gentle on the nail and cuticle, and the special chemistry of this product produces a reaction between the remover oil, the water and the gel.
Method 2: A more traditional removal method. This uses Gel iQ Remover and Gel iQ Removal Wraps Foil to make removal easier.

Removal using Method 1
Products to be used:
Gel iQ Remover Oil
Warm water, about 40 °C
A bowl with a volume of about 2 litres that can comfortably accommodate all the fingers of one hand.
Or use a washbasin.
What to do:
1. Apply plenty of remover oil to the fingers of one hand all along the cuticle and over the whole nail.
2. Massage over each nail for about 20–30 seconds.
3. Fill the bowl or washbasin with water. The temperature should be about 40 °C. NB: Do not scald your fingers.
4. Lower your fingers into the warm water (about 40 °C) so that all the fingers are covered by the water. Wait 3 minutes. The warmer the water, the better the effect.
5. After about 3 minutes, begin to gently scrape the gel away from the area of new growth near the cuticle, using your own fingernail or an orange stick. Keep your hand in the water as you do this. Scrape a little and allow the water to get into the join between the gel and your nail. This will gradually loosen the Gel iQ, enabling you to peel it off in one piece if you follow the instructions properly. It is the reaction between the oil, the gel formula and the water that makes this unique removal method possible.
Important – remember that the water will cool down, and that the water temperature should be about 40 °C to achieve the best results. For that reason, it can be a good idea to change the water or add more warm water during gel removal.
NB: Be gentle, and loosen the gel little by little while keeping your fingers in the water.
Be extra careful when scraping that you don’t take away any of your natural nail as well, especially towards the tip where the nail is driest and can easily break. The gel is often most firmly attached towards the tip of the nail.
6. If you can’t get all of the gel off your nails, repeat with more oil and warm water following the instructions above, until the gel comes off completely.
Repeat the same procedure for the other hand. Finish off by massaging in any excess oil and wipe your hands dry.

Removal using Method 2
Products to be used:
Gel iQ Remover
Gel iQ Removal Wraps Foil
What to do:
While removing the gel, protect the surface where you are sitting with a towel. Make sure there is plenty of ventilation as you work. Do one hand at a time, as it is difficult to work with removal wraps on your hands. It is important to seal the removal wraps up properly, as the remover evaporates rapidly, which means the effect is lost. Leave the wraps sealed up on your other fingers until you are ready to begin scraping the gel away. NB: If you open the wrap too soon before you begin scraping, the remover fluid evaporates, which means the gel will become hard again and be more difficult to remove. To achieve the best results, it is important to ensure that the cotton surface remains saturated with Gel iQ Remover during gel removal.
1. Apply plenty of Gel iQ Remover to the cotton surface of the removal wrap, place it on the nail and then seal the foil up well. Make sure that the saturated cotton surface covers the entire surface of the nail.
2. Wait 15 minutes. NB: The time it takes to work may vary depending on nail type. First open one removal wrap to see if the gel has softened. If the gel has softened all over, start to gently scrape it away using an orange stick. Take care not to damage the nail as you do this. NB: Leave the wraps sealed up on your other fingers until you are ready to begin scraping the gel away. If the gel has not softened, seal the wrap up again and wait a few more minutes. Tip! To speed up the process: gently file the surface of the polish before applying the fluid and wraps. Avoid filing too much or too close to the cuticles.
3. When all the gel has been removed, wash your hands with soap and warm water.
4. Smooth some cuticle cream or oil into your nails and cuticles afterwards.
Warning for Gel iQ Remover: Highly flammable. Use in a well-ventilated area.

Gel iQ Pro Tips!
– Always apply thin coats.
– If your nails are exposed to extreme wear, you can apply an additional coat of Gel iQ Top Coat after 7 days. First clean your nails and then follow the relevant steps for applying and curing the top coat.
– For toenails, use the same application techniques and removal methods as for fingernails.
– Never combine Gel iQ with other brands when applying.
– You can still use nail oil on your cuticles and under your nail tips while you have Gel iQ on your nails.
– Is the gel proving difficult to remove? Method 1 using remover oil will work in most cases, but in some instances, e.g. if you have extremely dry nails, you may need to use method 2.

Do not use this product if:
• You have previously experienced an allergic reaction after using UV/LED-cured nail products.
• You are allergic to acrylates, as these products may cause an allergic reaction.
• Your cuticles are split or damaged, etc. or if your nails are in poor condition (thin, dry or split).
• You bite your nails or have short nails, where the tip of your nail (the top) ends below the skin of your fingertips.

The product is not intended for use by persons under 16 years old. Keep out of the reach of children.
The product is not intended for application more than once every 14 days.
Avoid contact with the skin. Take care to ensure the product is only applied to the surface of the nail and not the surrounding skin or cuticle. If you end up with any on the skin or cuticle, use a cotton wool pad moistened with Gel iQ Pre-Cleanser to gently remove it. Once curing is complete, wash the skin well with soap and water to remove any residue.
Avoid contact with the eyes. If you get any of the product in your eyes, rinse gently with water for several minutes, remove contact lenses (if applicable) and continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice/care.
Curing with the UV/LED lamp: The Gel iQ lamp is preprogrammed for 30 seconds when you press the button once. For a curing time of 60 seconds, press the 30-second button twice. It is essential to always adhere to the times stated in the instructions. A shorter curing time will result in under-cured material and consequently an increased risk of allergy and a less durable finish.
Allergy information: Contains ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction in sensitive individuals. Stop using the product if you experience any redness or itching. If you experience any smarting pain, itching or swelling during the treatment, remove uncured material using a cotton wool pad moistened with Gel iQ Pre-Cleanser, and then wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. If the problems persist, contact a doctor for advice. If any skin irritation or rash occurs after treatment, seek medical advice/care.
When applying products, always leave a decent safety margin around the cuticles.
