Do these actually make a difference? Very unsure. They contain biotin, so that's good at least. But it's really nice to get to eat a candy every day that's "good for you" haha. Good way to get vitamins in.

I've always had strong nails, but in the last few months I've noticed that they've started to break and come off to my great frustration and horror! So I bought this, and I'm now on my second jar! My nails have become much stronger 🤗 I've also used a strengthening nail polish that could have definitely helped, but I really believe in this. My hair has become a bit thicker, stronger, and softer 💪🏽🧸 I've noticed that my baby hair on my forehead has grown, much to my surprise!
