I have now finished 3 of these jars, I take 2 a day so the one with 60 lasts a month which is very good. The great thing about these is that they taste good and you don't get tired of them. I've had two with raspberry and one with peach, and both taste like candy, which is very good since I don't like capsules. I haven't noticed any difference in my hair directly, but my nails grow very fast and they are very good and strong. Put it on TikTok, people say their hair gets better which I haven't noticed, but it could be that it has improved without me thinking about it. 🥰🥰🥰

I love cherries in all forms, both color, scent, and taste. I've been eating these goodies for over a year, and I love them. They taste great with cherry and have a chewy/jelly-like consistency. I've always had a hard time remembering to take my supplements, it usually goes well for a week or two, but then my enthusiasm cools off. It's barely something I want to admit, but thanks to the fact that these feel like candy, I've remembered to take them every single day.
