Use:

Apply the lotion approx. 20 minutes before sun exposure. Apply a generous amount to always stay protected, especially after perspiring, swimming, or towel-drying. Too much sun exposure poses serious health risks. Do not expose infants and small children to direct sunlight. Do not stay too long in the sun, even when using sun protection – it doesn’t provide 100% protection.
