I wanted a budget-friendly refreshing spray and think this one fulfilled that. I haven't noticed any difference in my skin, neither better nor worse. But it feels a bit extra moisturizing after washing my face or during the day as needed. I tried spraying it on my face while I had mascara on, and there were no issues. Use:
Mist the face and neck directly and leave to absorb or wipe away with a cotton pad. Alternatively, apply toner to cotton pad and use it to wipe the skin gently.
