Copper Peptides
It says on TO's website that you should avoid this serum together with copper peptides, yes, but if you finally found a moisturizer that works wonders (Purito mighty bamboo panthenol cream) that has copper peptides as the last ingredient, shouldn't it be okay to use anyway? (Only together during the day). As far as I understand, the last ingredient usually doesn't "count" as much. Also, on other sites (googled for days hahah), it says that most of these ingredients can be combined really well. At the same time, some sites also say it should be avoided.Translated from swedish
13 views- Farmaceut på Lyko2 daysHi Jennifer✨ Thank you for your question, and I really understand that it can feel confusing with all the different recommendations out there! 😊 When it comes to combining the serum with products that contain copper peptides, it is theoretically better to avoid the combination at the same time to achieve the best results and minimize the risk of irritation, just as TO themselves write about their product. Copper peptides and certain acids (like those found in this serum) can potentially affect each other's effectiveness if used simultaneously, especially if mixed directly. If you want to use both products, I would recommend applying the serum in the morning and the Purito Mighty Bamboo Panthenol Cream in the evening (or vice versa), where copper peptides can work without interference from other active ingredients that may reduce their effect and also minimize the risk of irritation. I completely understand your thinking, and it is true that the last ingredients in a product do not always have as much effect as the other ingredients, but copper peptides are quite powerful and can still have a noticeable effect if mixed with certain other active ingredients. If you still want to try using these together in the same routine, I recommend doing a patch test on a small area first to see how your skin reacts. We just want to inform about this so that one is cautious and takes the safe route before the uncertain. I hope my answer can be helpful and that you have a lovely day🌞

Oil-based?
Hi! Is this oil-based? I often find that the oil-based ones from TO are too heavy and have a hard time sinking into the skin..Translated from swedish

Why not use it together with niacinamide and peptides?
Hello! I wonder why you shouldn't use this together with other products that contain niacinamide and/or peptides? Is it because the ingredients "cancel each other out", reducing each other's effectiveness? Or is it because they together can become too strong and cause a "reaction" in the skin? Or is it due to something else? Thank you for the answer 🥰Translated from swedish
139 views- Skin therapist at Lyko2 weeksHi Emma! According to TO, you shouldn't combine peptides and especially copper peptides as they are sensitive and can become less effective. It's best to use peptides in one routine and this one in another. Take care 🤍

Hey
Can this serum be used together with niacinamide?Translated from swedish
165 views- Customer service at Lyko3 weeksHey Emélié 👋 Yes, you can absolutely use The Ordinary Multi-Antioxidant Radiance Serum together with niacinamide! 🙌 You can use them in the same routine, e.g. niacinamide serum first (if it's thinner), followed by the Multi-Antioxidant Radiance Serum. Alternatively, you can use them in different routines – e.g. niacinamide in the morning and antioxidants in the evening – if you want to keep the routine simple 🥰 Take care!

In the same routine as Cosrx The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum?
Hi! I’m wondering if I can use this serum in the same routine as Cosrx The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum? I saw somewhere that you shouldn’t have this serum from The Ordinary in the same routine as products that contain copper peptides and niacinamide, which the Cosrx serum does contain. What is your opinion and perception? Thankful for a reply 🥰Translated from swedish
201 views- Customer service at Lyko1 monthHello!🤍 It's best not to use The Ordinary Multi-Antioxidant Radiance Serum and COSRX The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum in the same routine, as COSRX contains niacinamide and peptides. Instead, use one serum in the morning and the other in the evening for the best effect and skin tolerance! 🌞 Take care! 🤍

Combine
Does this work to combine with Ordinary's GF and/or soothing barrier serum?Translated from swedish
322 views- Customer service at Lyko1 monthHey Julia! It works really well to have it together with the Soothing barrier serum. But I wouldn’t recommend having it together with The Ordinary GF Solution 15% Serum. Instead, I would recommend you to use GF Solution 15% in the evening and this one during the day 😍✨ Take care! ☺️

Routine
In what order would this fit into my routine? Day: face toner, niacinamide serum, day cream, sunscreen. Evening: face toner, retinal, night creamTranslated from swedish
274 views- Customer service at Lyko1 monthHello there Marika! 👋 Super great question! The Ordinary Multi-Antioxidant Radiance Serum fits best in your daily routine, right after your niacinamide serum. So the order goes: toner → niacinamide → antioxidant serum → day cream → sunscreen ☀️ In the evening, you can skip it, since you are already using retinal as an active ingredient. But if you want to take a break from retinal one evening, you can absolutely use the antioxidant serum instead 💛 Take care! 🌞

The OrdinaryMulti-Antioxidant Radiance Serum 30 ml
Multi-Antioxidant Radiance Serum is a daily serum combining a wide range of antioxidant and protective technologies to combat multiple concerns associated with environmental damage and visibly brighten dull skin.
Multi-Active Radiance Serum works to combat environmental stressors, like pollution and smog, which can make skin look dull and prematurely aged. The formulation boosts radiance, while helping to fade visible dark spots and smooth the look of skin texture, all of which help to reduce the appearance of atmospheric skin aging.
Multi-Antioxidant Radiance Serum combines a total of 8 technologies, including vitamin C and ginseng, and achieves a multi-faceted approach to antioxidant protection suited to use both in the day and at night. When used in the day, the serum-textured formulation helps shield against the damaging effects of pollution, while providing barrier strengthening and lasting hydrating for enhanced skin resilience.
When used at night, it continues to offer antioxidant protection while skin is in its resting and repair stages, working to boost radiance for skin that is visibly more radiant during the day.
Part of our range of Multi-Active Solutions, the eight key technologies found in Multi-Antioxidant Radiance Serum are:
Ascorbyl Glucoside: A stabilized form of vitamin C which is converted to its active form inside the skin.
Ginseng extract: A plant extract that helps protect and soothe skin’s stress response against environmental aggressors.
EGCG: Designed to help shield against environmental irritants, while protecting skin from external stressors that can contribute to signs of aging.
Acetyl Tetrapeptide-2: A protective biomimetic peptide which helps target the appearance of uneven skin tone to promote a more radiant, healthier-looking appearance.
Heptapeptide-6: A turmeric peptide that helps protect against environmental aggressors while also targeting common signs of aging.
Ergothioneine: An antioxidant found naturally within the skin, that helps provide protection against environmental stressors which can cause visible skin damage.
Tocotrienols: Derived from annatto seeds and a source of Vitamin E, these molecules help protect from the damaging effects of environmental pollution that can contribute to signs of atmospheric skin aging, while soothing signs of skin irritation that can be caused by environmental stressors.
Tremella Fuciformis Sporocarp extract: A polysaccharide (chain of sugar-like molecules) derived from snow fungus which create a protective film on skin’s surface, helping to attract and hold on to water like a moisture magnet.
Use:
Apply a few drops to the face in the morning and evening.
