Underarms
Hi! My daughter has very dark underarms. Can this product be used for that?498 views- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 3 monthsHey ☺️ This product is quite strong and designed for the face, it contains several acids that can be too irritating for the sensitive skin in the armpits. I recommend instead a milder product with e.g. azelaic acid or niacinamide, which can help brighten the area without irritating. Tips include e.g. The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% or a niacinamide serum. And remember to always moisturize and avoid strong deodorants that can worsen the darkness 😊 Here are tips on products that might work instead: lyko.com/sv/the-ordinary/the-ordinary-niacinamide-10--zinc-1 lyko.com/sv/the-ordinary/the-ordinary-azelaic-acid-suspension-10 Wishing you a lovely day! 🌺

UNDER THE EYES
As the title says. Can I use this for dark circles under the eyes?489 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 3 monthsHey Michaela! 👋 This serum works against dark spots caused by sun damage and not dark circles under the eyes. Instead, I can recommend these 😍 •lyko.com/sv/revuele/revuele-revox-just-eye-care-fluid-30ml •lyko.com/sv/the-ordinary/the-ordinary-caffein-solution-5--egcg Take care 🌸1 likes

Got milias
Was of course trying to fade some purple spots i had from previous pimples and such. And then started developing a cluster of milia where i treated instead1003 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 6 monthsHello 😍 Milia can sometimes appear when the skin is irritated or when products block pores, so it might be a good idea to give your skin a little break from heavy treatments🌿 It’s definitely frustrating when you’re trying to improve one area and another issue pops up, but don’t worry, it’s a common experience when trying new skincare. I would recommend checking the ingredients of the products you’re using to make sure they aren’t too rich or comedogenic, and maybe focus on gentle exfoliation or treatments that help with milia (like salicylic acid)💡 Hoping your skin clears up soon! ✨ If you want more personalized advice or suggestions, feel free to ask! 😊

help
can you pair it with an ”Adapalene/Benzoyl peroxide Orifarm” cream? it is prescribed by a doctor for my acne but I wonder if it can be used together with the serum without any side effects1197 views- The user's roll: Former employee. The comment was made 8 monthsHey Cassie! 👋🏻☺️ This product and your prescription medication for acne can be used together, BUT it’s important to be cautious, as both adapalene and benzoyl peroxide can be irritating to the skin, especially if you use them in combination with other active ingredients! 🩷 A few tips 👇🏻☺️ Test on a small area first: Since adapalene and benzoyl peroxide can be drying, it’s good to do a patch test to see how your skin reacts to the combination. Use at different times: If you experience irritation, you can use adapalene and benzoyl peroxide in the evening and the serum during the day. This way, you reduce the risk of excessive irritation. Moisturizing: Both of these products can be drying, so make sure to use a good moisturizer to keep your skin balanced and reduce the risk of irritation. If you feel that your skin is getting irritated, you may need to adjust the usage or pause one of the products. It might be good to talk to your dermatologist for more tailored recommendations 🩷 Take care! 😍✨3 likes

Very impressed with this serum
Have only used the serum for a week and can already see how my acne scars are slowly but surely starting to fade away. I will give this time and see how many more of my dark spots I have from acne scars that can disappear 👌🏿👌🏿✨1192 views - The post was made 11 months
Retinol every other day?
You’re advised not to use this together with retinol, something I missed when I ordered it. Can I use it every other day and retinol on the other days? I really don’t want to stop using retinol because I look ten years older without it, haha.1368 views- The comment was made 1 weekI know it was a while ago that you asked the question, but I’ll answer anyway! I also use retinol/retinoids and this serum, but I use this serum during the day and retinol in the evening, it works perfectly! (I have also used the serum in the same routine as retinol several times before I realized that this serum contains vitamin C, but my skin tolerated it just fine!). But as I said, I recommend using this serum (or other serums with vitamin C) during the day/in the morning routine and retinol in the evening! :)
