      Hey Frida 💫 The Dr. Althea 147 Barrier Cream can definitely work under isotretinoin – it protects and adds moisture, but some find that it doesn't provide enough moisture for very dry skin.     BEST moisturizer!

    I've tried this for a few weeks now and it is absolutely amazing! Incredibly good consistency that melts into the skin and leaves the skin so rich in moisture without feeling greasy or heavy. This has saved me several times when I've "overworked" my skin with too many active products. I love that you can apply thicker layers at night for an extra moisture boost and a thin layer during the day before sunscreen. Both work super well - I can't praise this cream enough!!
