Good shampoo that I usually have in the fall

People say it takes between 3-6 months to notice a difference, and I've been taking these for about 3 months now. I think they help! A bit hard to tell, but I believe it. It's a pretty big capsule, but made of good material so it goes down easily anyway.

Works as promised. I am satisfied and will definitely continue using it.
