Tested 5-1 and started the timer right when I began applying the color because I didn’t want to end up with almost black hair, which easily happens with brown colors when doing it at home. It was 20 minutes from the first drop in the hair to the last! And then I washed it off immediately! Unfortunately, my result still ended up almost black! So if I do it again, I’ll try 15 or 10 minutes from start to finish! I always assumed the timing was from when you finished applying the color all over the hair, but maybe I’m wrong! That’s why it will be shorter if I try again! Recommend others do the same if you want to avoid too dark a result since the color is called light brown!

Super good product and pretty much the only styling you need. Makes the hair soft and shiny. Many products claim to do that, but this is one of the few that actually delivers. #lykoreview
