Best product, it’s so concentrated! Mix with lots of conditioner! One tube lasts forever, absolutely the best value for money. I use 020 lavender and use it in different ways; if I want a bit of purple in my blonde hair, I use more, if I want to neutralize yellow in the blonde, I use a little less. The result lasts a long time. When I have dark blonde/ashy hair color, I use it to maintain the ashy tone and to add shine to the hair. It removes all yellow and makes the hair an ashy luxury color! It’s so good for all colors! Will never stop buying!

Surprised that the majority (though not all) of the gray hair was covered by this. Good shine. Nice color. Easy to use. But it wasn't very durable. Noticed a big difference already after two washes (no shampoo, only conditioner). Had hoped for better durability (maybe four washes?), but overall I am satisfied.
