    If you're looking for a reliable everyday hero that keeps your brows in place without feeling like concrete, then Control Freak is a safe bet. Here's why it has a permanent spot in many makeup bags: Formula & Feel The gel is completely clear and dries down without leaving any white flakes or a shiny film. It feels light on the brows but still gives that fixed feeling you want. Application & Brush The brush: It has a sturdy brush (similar to a mascara brush) that picks up just the right amount of product. It's easy to comb through the hairs to create both a natural look or a more “laminated” effect. Usage: Works great alone for a natural look, or over brow pencil/powder to lock the color in place all day. Pros vs Cons Plus: Very affordable (109 SEK!), doesn't smudge, and keeps unruly hairs in check for many hours. Minus: If you have extremely coarse brow hairs that require “super glue” to stay down, this might feel a bit too soft. For most, however, the hold is more than enough! Conclusion: One of the best budget gels on the market. It does exactly what it promises – tames the brows and ensures they keep their shape from morning to night.

    I think it works very well and has a good application brush. I don't really like the smell of it, but it's nothing you notice throughout the day.

    Flakes

    This gel holds well, but should you, for example, accidentally come near your eyebrows when using this product, the product cracks and flakes. In other words, it does not remain clear. This is the first brow gel I have used that has flaked. Disappointing.

    Awesome for Beginners with Brow Gels!

    For its price, it does its job throughout the day! However, like many products, there are significantly better and significantly worse ones out there. When I was new to brow gels, this was super great to "test out/start" with!
