Falling apart
The lashes fall apart when you try to pick them up. They feel hard like pig hair and are significantly darker than in the picture. The comment was made 1 dayHi! 😊 So sad to hear that the lashes didn’t quite meet your expectations 🤍 When you take them out of the packaging, you can try gently sliding tweezers under the outer edge of the lash band and lifting, instead of pinching the lashes themselves. You can also gently bend the band between your fingers a few times before applying, to make it a bit more flexible. If they are cluster lashes, try lifting them at the attachment point at the base so the lashes themselves don’t separate. Store them in a dry and protected place, as moisture and temperature changes can make some materials more brittle. Regarding the color, it can also appear different than in the picture due to lighting and screen settings. If the lashes still break despite careful handling, you are warmly welcome to register a complaint via My Pages - Order History - select the order - Complaint, and we will of course take a closer look at the matter.
