Using this on the scalp as intended didn't really work for me, unfortunately got severe itching. BUT since I bought the product anyway and am all about ✨mindful consumption ✨, I started using the oil on the lengths for 10-15 min during a wash, once a week, and it was definitely exactly what my hair needed - enhances and moisturizes wavy hair very nicely, also gives a nice shine. The scent of rosemary is quite strong and can be too much if you're sensitive. Tip to have a towel over your shoulders during application if you have sensitive skin.

If you choose the wrong oils for the hair, it can be difficult for the hair to absorb, which leads to the oil clogging the hair follicles, resulting in hair loss. So the less oil on the scalp, the better. I would recommend 4 drops of oil for the scalp. Then you should stimulate the scalp before application to get the blood flow going, which leads to better results and hair growth. You don't need to leave the oil in for 8 hours/overnight, 30 minutes to 1 hour is sufficient. And finally, try on a small area of your scalp to rule out allergy🤗

I have both psoriasis and seborrheic eczema on my scalp, which means that many oils tend to worsen my issues. But this one – wow. The combination of rosemary and mint feels instantly soothing and cooling, and I can even use it in the middle of a flare-up without any problems. It has really helped keep my scalp balanced, and after a few months of use, I also feel that my hair feels thicker and stronger. I tried some other products afterward, but nothing has worked as well – I will definitely go back to this and stick with it moving forward.
