Problem with eyelash curler
I have had my eyelash curler for over a year and have changed the pads on it and have not had any problems with it, but now it has started pulling out my lashes and this has never happened before. I tried changing the pad again but it didn't help. Has it gotten too old or is there something wrong with it, should I buy a new one?Translated from swedish

I was initially really satisfied with this eyelash curler. It curled the lashes beautifully and gave them a stunning look. However, the more I have used this product, the more I have noticed that the lashes are starting to fall out. Quite a few are coming out, and when I compare this to my previous "basic" eyelash curler, I did not encounter the same problem. I was expectantly surprised by this. I really thought it would be like all the other eyelash curlers, just expensive. But it is worth every penny and it’s the only one you need in your life. It gives such a nice result on the lashes and is super easy to use. It fits the eye perfectly and catches every little lash, which I’ve had problems with before. I have had my Shiseido for about 20 years, still going strong! Of course, I change the rubber 2-3 times a year, but the curler itself is still just as good even though the metal has become streaky. I have borrowed/tried others over the years, but none beat Shiseido's curler.
