What shade
Hey, I have shade 1.5 now that I've used during the winter and spring. I would like to have a slightly darker one that I can use during the summer when my skin gets a bit sunburned. What shade do you think would suit? I also usually use bronzer in the summer.Translated from swedish
1 product in post What shade1 likes92 views- Customer service at Lyko5 daysHey My!🤗 It can definitely be a bit tricky to say exactly which shade fits, as it depends on how much color you get during the summer, but I understand that you want something that works when your skin gets a little extra glow ☀️ If you currently use shade 1.5, I would recommend checking out shade number 4 as a summer option. It’s a tad darker and usually works well for that lightly tanned tone, especially if you also tend to use bronzer for extra warmth 💛 Take care!

A little disappointed
Nja, very compact and hard to work into the skin and sits on top, doesn't absorb into the skin. I will try mixing it with day cream. It evens out my large pores on my nose well but makes me look a bit like a sweaty wax figure. Too bad because I usually get along well with most of Lumene's products otherwise.Translated from swedish

Foundation rolls
I have tried everything I can think of with this foundation, and it always ends up sticky/cracking/disappearing with the slightest touch from my face. I have tried two different primers underneath, just face cream, and completely dry and clean skin, the latest of these was the "best". When applying, the foundation rolls up very easily (I use a makeup sponge and brush). Puder looks good for a while, but after a couple of hours, despite setting spray, it gets so oily that it disappears and cracks. My skin type is quickly oily + surface dry. Are there any tips on how I can make this work, or recommendations for a similar foundation that has medium coverage and possibly suits my skin type? :S1 product in post Foundation rolls1 likes110 views- Customer service at Lyko1 weekHi Julia, I’m sorry to hear that the product has been acting up and started rolling on your skin 🩷 You could still try the following tip: gently exfoliate your skin in the evening and apply a light, yet moisturizing cream under your foundation in the morning. Let it absorb properly before applying foundation. The application method can also make a difference – try applying the foundation solely with a brush, it might help prevent rolling 🤞🏻 Here’s a foundation recommendation that I think would suit your skin type well: 👉 Make Up Store Soft Touch lyko.com/en/make-up-store/mus-soft-touchcream Would you like to get a personalized skincare routine created by our cosmetologist and product recommendations that suit your skin? 😍✨ You can easily fill out a free skin test here: 👉 Lyko Beauty Scan – lyko.com/en/beauty-scan/skin-test Let me know if you need more tips. What shade?
I have a cool and reddish undertone, blue veins, and very fair skin. I naturally have copper-red hair and green eyes. I usually use the lightest possible shade of foundation. Would shade 00 or 0.5 be better?1 product in post What shade?417 views- Skin therapist at Lyko2 weeksHey Fanni! I recommend trying the right shade in-store, but shade 0.5 has a cooler undertone. Shade 00 has a more neutral undertone. Hope you find the right shade 🩷

What shade for fair skin
Hi, I have fair skin that tends to be a bit couperose, so the shade should be lightly covering with a reddish tone, so my skin tone is fair but not the fairest, I've generally had fair skin but with a bit of color. So what shade would be best to test first, 0.5 or another?1 product in post What shade for fair skin1 likes3137 views- Customer service at Lyko4 monthsHi, Thanks for your question! 🥰 The shade of your foundation should be chosen based on your skin's undertone! It's a good idea to check the undertone on your neck, as the face often shows redness (which is not the same as the face's undertone) 😊 These tips can help determine the undertone: - Do you tan or burn? Often, skin with a yellow undertone tans well, rarely burns, while skin with a red undertone burns easily and tans poorly. - Do you wear more gold or silver jewelry? Often, gold jewelry suits yellow skin better, and silver jewelry suits reddish skin. - What colors do the veins on your forearm show? If they lean more towards green, the undertone is often yellow; if they lean towards blue, it's red! The skin's undertone can also be neutral, meaning something in between. Often, both warm and cool shades work beautifully (and for example, both gold and silver jewelry! 🩶💛) If you want the foundation to effectively cover redness caused by couperose, you should choose a more covering product! The Invisible Illumination Vegan Collagen Serum in Foundation is relatively light, but it can also be layered for extra coverage, or for example, apply concealer to the more reddish areas! 😉 Based on your description, shade No.1.5 might possibly work, but I recommend going to test the product on your own skin in-store to find the best shade option! ❣️ Hope this was helpful. Have a lovely weekend! 🤍1 likes

Primer
Which primer should be tried with this, or should primer not be used at all? 😊1 product in post Primer2395 views- Former employee4 monthsHey Erika, This foundation has a pretty thin and moisturizing consistency, so lightweight, water-based primers work best with it When choosing a primer, I recommend considering the desired outcome first. If your skin or the longevity of your makeup doesn’t have any major needs, a primer isn’t necessarily essential Here are a few recommendations for lightweight, moisturizing primers: ✨ lyko.com/en/nyx-professional-makeup/nyx-professional-makeup-plump-right-back-primer---serum- ✨ lyko.com/en/makeup/face/primers/lumene-invisible-illumination-instant-glow-uv-primer-spf-30- ✨ lyko.com/en/makeup/face/primers/lumene-natural-glow-moisturizing---illuminating-primer Have a lovely day!3 likes
