How to Use:

Attach a Head: Select one of the four interchangeable heads and press it firmly into the port until it is secure.

Power On: Hold the power button located on the bottom of the device to turn it on.

Adjust Speed: Tap the power button to cycle through the four available speeds. Always start at the lowest setting to let your muscles adjust.

Turn Off: Hold the power button again to shut the device down after use.
