Very easy to use and a good alternative to tampons

After having the spiral vacuumed out of fiffi last time I tried a menstrual cup, I avoided such products for years. When I stumbled upon these that DO NOT create a vacuum, I realized that the time to ruin the planet and endure monthly swampiness was over. I’m glad I dared, but you green glittering monkey that I’ve struggled to befriend this! It’s very possible I missed the size (who the hell knows how big/tall/short/small their cervix is?! 👀), but I followed the «recipe» and landed on size B. It’s zero stress to get in place, but despite x number of instructional videos on the tube and fiddling, it always ends up a little teaspoon wet. I can live with that though - I think. 🤷🏻‍♀️

International menstruation day to you, I have my period and since I have a bit heavier flow this time, I have been wearing these 🩸 The absorbent part (the one that works like a pad) goes all the way up to the waistband, both front and back, which is extra good at night when you turn and twist a lot and lie down (and the blood flows in all directions). Despite this, the pad part doesn’t feel thick (you can see in the picture how thin it is). I never feel sticky or sweaty as they absorb the blood well while the fabric breathes. It might just be in my head, but my period feels much healthier when I let it flow out and not stop it with a tampon 🤗 It really sits super well and the waistband doesn’t dig in or sit too tight 🎉 They would have gotten 5 stars if they didn’t have the print on, but overall definitely a favorite period panty. The price for the 3-pack is also ridiculously cheap 💰
