  My hair is pretty long and thick, so it can be hard to get volume and "puff" right at the top of my head, but this product did the job well. I spray along the strands all the way along the hairline and puff in with my fingers, and then I flip my head upside down once and run my fingers from the scalp all the way to the tips a couple of times. The pictures are taken before I style my hair further with a curling iron, serum, and oils, but I wanted to show what the product alone could achieve! At first, I didn't like the scent of the product, but after some time using it, I think it smells feminine and mature. 💌 #lykoreview #volume #lyko #haircare

  I bought this because it seemed to have nice reviews and my hair lays flat after an hour no matter what I use, but unfortunately this is no exception that stands out. I like how you apply it by spraying it directly at the roots, but unfortunately it’s a bit hard to dose, either it’s too little or a bit too much so you get a bit of a stiff/oily feeling or nothing at all. Maybe it gets better with a little practice there! I find that the shape holds better with this, the ends stay bent longer and such, but the volume unfortunately disappears an hour after I take the curlers out... and I still have a shorter bob hairstyle (so nothing long and heavy waves).

  The product gave nice volume, but made the hair sticky, dry, and tangled. Could barely brush my hair the next day because it became so coarse and tangled. Did as instructed according to the description on the bottle. Tried several times. Have thick, long hair. Will not buy it again.

You can also try complementing with a moisturizing product in the lengths to reduce dryness and coarseness.
