    Size?

    I have hair a bit below my shoulders, fine and many strands. I have what's called glass hair, and my hair has a mind of its own. What size should I choose if I want more beach waves than curls? I guess it should be 38 mm, but on the other hand, I'm afraid the curls "won't hold."
