Clear difference – but no miracle cure
A serum that soothes the scalp without weighing the hair down. The gel-like consistency absorbs quickly, without leaving a greasy feel, and makes the hair feel light and fresh. I have a combination of an oily, yet simultaneously dry and itchy scalp, and thought this serum would be perfect for restoring balance. ☀️ My scalp doesn't "flake" as much anymore, and I find that it doesn't itch as quickly after I've washed my hair. However, it hasn't eliminated the itching, but I still notice that it gradually makes a difference. 🌧️ I have a love-hate relationship with the scent. Initially, it smells fresh and clean, but after a few days, it tends to smell more like "cleaning product" and quite strong, which I unfortunately do not appreciate. 💡 I prefer to apply the serum before I go to bed so that it has time to soak in properly; alternatively, I sometimes apply it before I blow-dry my hair – which has worked really well. I find it easiest to use the dropper to apply the serum to the scalp so that it doesn't just end up on the hair strands, and then massage the product in with my hands until it starts to dry. Overall, I am positive about the serum, but I wouldn't say it's a miracle cure that completely restores balance in the scalp. No difference
I have had recurring problems with an itchy scalp for many years. Therefore, I need to use specific shampoo that helps me in the long run, and when I saw that there is serum from such a good brand as Kerastase that is supposed to help balance the scalp, I got super excited to try it! The serum came in a really nice packaging and smells divine! But unfortunately, I experienced no other benefits... It says that you should use the serum once a day for 3 weeks, and today I finished the course, but unfortunately, I notice absolutely no difference. I first thought that I could skip my specific shampoo and see if just the serum would solve my itchy scalp, but after using it for two weeks straight and there was no change, I had to start using the shampoo again. The consistency is pleasant, and I have used exactly 3 doses every day (as it said on the packaging), but I felt that the 3 doses were not enough for the whole head (only the front then). I would have liked to use more, but then I am afraid it wouldn't have been sufficient. One plus, however, is that the hair does not get oily from it, regardless of whether you use it on towel-dried hair or on dry hair. My final answer is that if this serum existed just for the scent and didn't cost as much, I would want to buy it over and over again, but otherwise, it unfortunately won't be a purchase any time... Luxurious product
Luxurious product that makes the hair feel fresh longer and that you don't need to wash your hair as often. It is also economical, which means it lasts a long time, and thus the price becomes more reasonable even though I think it is a bit too expensive. Not impressed
Unfortunately, I am not particularly impressed with this product. - I experience no difference when using it. The scalp behaves as usual, and I notice no difference despite using the serum according to the recommendations. It might work for those who have more imbalance than I do. - The scent is nothing more than okay; I feel it tends to smell more like a cleaning product than a hair product. Healthier Scalp

A really nice product for the scalp.
I got to try this product through a Smartson tester. It is a lovely refreshing product that smells wonderful. I used it on freshly washed hair and it feels incredibly refreshing. My hair feels freshly washed longer and doesn't get as greasy at the scalp. A good product that does what it should. I used one and a half pumps for the entire scalp that I massaged in. I have tried this serum from Kérastase a few times now, and I don't really know what I think about it. I have tested several serums from them that I have been super satisfied with, but this one doesn't do much for my scalp. I have a very dry, itchy scalp, and when I used this, it felt almost like it got worse. So I don't really think this lives up to what it promises and its price; there are several that are better for the high price! For a stable scalp - with unexpected volume on the side
I had the opportunity to test Kérastase Specifique Potentialiste via Smartson. Design: The bottle feels luxurious and well-made. A Helping Hand for the Scalp
I almost always have a scalp that is oily, itchy, and dry at the same time. I've tried almost everything without effect. After the first applications, I felt like my hair became oily after just a few hours. But over time, I experience a more balanced scalp. It still itches and flakes a little, but not at all like before! A big bonus is that for the first time, I feel like I've started to get volume at the roots. I also feel like I've had more hair growth at the forehead. Unfortunately, I think the product is not very economical. So it will get expensive in the long run. Something I don't quite understand is that this is supposed to be a treatment, but after using it for 3 weeks and then stopping, the problems started creeping back. I've now used it about 1-2 times a week. The big downside, the smell! Very strong scent that lingers. Serum for Scalp Issues
I was excited to try the Potentialiste serum as I occasionally experience imbalance in my scalp. ✨Packaging: The bottle is nice and feels luxurious. The dropper makes it easy to pick up the right amount. 💆♀️Application: I preferred to drop the serum into my hands and then massage it into my scalp. It said that you could store it in the fridge, which I liked because it gave a cooling sensation upon application. It takes a little while for the serum to dry in when using the recommended amount. A few times my scalp reacted after application. The consistency is not oily but more gel-like. The hair does not look greasy from the product, which I think is important. 🌊Scent: The product is scented (and contains alcohol denat), which is good to keep in mind if you have a sensitive scalp that easily gets irritated. I think the scent leans more towards men's fragrance. Fresh and a bit aquatic, not super strong but noticeable. 🌿Results: I haven't noticed any significant differences in how my scalp feels or how often I've experienced issues since I started using the product. Not convinced YET, but good!
I have tested the serum for ten days and find it so far to be quite neutral, neither good nor bad. The scent is fresh and pleasant, which makes the application a nice moment. So far, I haven't noticed any significant difference in hair quality or scalp condition, but it feels nourishing during use.
