How do you open the jar? Looks like it should be pumped out but nothing is coming, like there's plastic underneath but only the lid can be opened??

Is there a little hole underneath where you can poke something thin in and press? It’s usually always that, and it can help, otherwise make a claim by going to the order on my pages so they can check if something went wrong with the jar. Take care 🌸
