    Damaged product

    So disappointing to receive such products. And I get no help from customer service for any compensation. I have complained about the item now 4 times, but no response and I am told that it hasn't come in. I know so many this has happened to. I will never shop at lyko. What terrible customer service.

    Received damaged product

    I ordered this. But it arrived damaged and completely empty. I contacted you for a return. No response or new product. I know I won't be shopping with you anymore. I know that several others have experienced the same.

      Hi 🩷 I hope it got sorted out for you! I'm just a regular customer and just wanted to comment because I find it strange that it wasn't resolved. As mentioned before me, maybe they didn't receive the email. I've also experienced something similar and then I called customer service and it was always resolved immediately and you always get really good help 🩷 There are no other chains as good as Lyko when it comes to fixing things if something has happened. I only trust Lyko and Vita. Kicks, Blivakker, Fredrik, and Louisa, to name a few, are really bad at customer service! Yes, I just wanted to say that I didn't recognize myself in what you wrote, so I hope you have gotten a response from customer service now and that it got sorted out 🩷🥰
