    Good but not the best

    Doesn't get 5 stars since the makeup doesn't sit like a rock, but close. Fresh scent and good amount of product when spraying. However, it doesn't keep the skin matte throughout the day.

    Does what it should

    Removes waterproof mascara as well as other makeup. I use this as a pre-cleanser and like that it is moisturizing and effective.
