This color is very runny, after just 5 minutes it starts to run down my forehead and my hair became extremely tangled during rinsing, so I had to add more conditioner than what came with the package.

Palette Intensive Creme Coloration can feel runny during application because the dye has a loose consistency to allow for easier even distribution in the hair. You can try using a protective cream along the hairline before applying the dye, like petroleum jelly 🤗
When you rinse out the dye, the hair may feel tangled, especially if it is dry or porous, as the dye lifts the hair strands and makes them more "tight" before conditioner is used. Extra conditioner/mask helps to detangle the hair and gives a soft, supple finish ✨
